The records were shredded by his secretary nurse. Her excuse was that she was away for three months and someone else covering for her shredded my medical records. This was totally inexcusable, how could they shred your records when I only handed them within a few months. If anyone knows a good lawyer i can speak with concerning this matter, please leave a comment. Do not use Saint Michaels, this was a fine hospital thirty or forty years ago but not now.

I almost died there. I came in the healthiest senior citizen I know and left in the worst health in my life. They didn't bother to interview me during three weeks if hospitalization. I'd rather get medical care in a gutter than go there. A severe HIPPA violation occurred while I was there. One of the nurses left a patient log out which contained all of the patients' names and diagnoses in it. I took it home with me. Then they billed my Medicare $80,000 for almost killing me. The anesthesiologists were great in making sure my son had no issues with anesthesia and Doctor Gat who performed the surgery was amazing. The pre surgery nurses were great and were very patient with my son who was nervous.Everyone was on their game and definitely knew what they were doing. The post surgery care was also very good. I highly recommend this hospital. My son has special needs and everyone here was so compassionate and understanding. There is a bus that runs between the airport terminal and the office that's free. When arriving, I signed in, noted my symptoms and that I needed to be seen before my next flight. I waited for little over an hour before filling out paperwork and then being asked to come back to the examination room. The nurse and the physician's assistant were super polite, attentive and understanding. They made a special call to see if my prescription could be delivered to me verses getting a cab and picking them up. They also ensured I received a generic brand, so it was cost effective. It's never ideal to get sick while traveling. I was glad to have such a convenient option during this time.

She's so sweet with my daughter. It's not all business with her, she comes to because she loves her job.She is truly empathetic to her patients and never leaves the room without answering All of your questions. I recently took my daughter to her appointment for her yearly physical and I was seen by Dr. Odekunl. I waited for a month for this appointment. The office had just opened and the doctor had us waiting for an hour. When he finally came in the room, he was in such a rush to do the physical. It took a good 30 seconds for him to check her out. He was in such a rush to leave the room and I felt like I was bothering him. My daughter broken out in hives, and I asked him to look at it. He didn't ask any follow up questions about her symptoms . He just said that he'll write a prescription and leave. I also needed a paper to be filled out for her school. The nurse told me to give it to the doctor. When I went to hand him the paper he verbatim told me "I don't take papers from patients give it to the nurse she'll give it to me" he was standing right there. I really couldn't understand why he couldn't just grab the paper. He's such a rude doctor. It's ridiculous. How disrespected and unheard I felt for both me and my daughter. The next day I went to the pharmacy to see if the prescription was ready and he never even sent it in. She's had this rash for a little over a month and it was very infuriating to me that he just forgot to put the prescription in. He's a physician by title only. He doesn't care about his patients. He's the reason why I am now taking my daughter to another doctor after 8 years. He's horrible at what he does and needs to find another profession immediately because he is a prime example of someone that comes to Work just for the pay check.

Seating: Plenty of seating as the place is seemingly empty on a rainy, Sunday morning. Health and safety: Puffs tissue and plenty of Purell available. Wait-time: under 10 minutes Type of Care: the doctor stood far away from the patient and the patient did not like that they were never examined. The doctor only asked a few questions and that was it. So they lose one star for that. They accept Medicare, Medicaid and most insurance plans. If I'm sick enough to need urgent care, I would probably stop in if I absolutely need to based off of the waiting area and ease of check in but not necessarily because of the type of care received.
