I arrive at this hospital at 7 PM on the dot. This is already after visiting two Urgent Care's that…read moredid not have access to x-rays. My check-in and triage experience went well in and out within 30 minutes, but by the time I got put into an area #27 everything went downhill. I did not wait long for x-rays however, the results of the x-rays took longer than should have. Then they took me for a CAT scan that also did not take long to get done. However, I have been waiting since about 9- 930 for the results of the CT scan. It is now 12:35AM. It should not take me five hours in the ER for pain and swelling in my wrist. Most definitely should not take three hours to interpret a CT scan. And to add insult to injury, someone just came to put a sling on my arm and I don't even know what's wrong with my wrist. I don't know the results of the CT scan but they want to put a sling on. I'm not making this up. I had to ask her am I in the twilight zone because this is really crazy. All of this is happening in real time. I was just about to finish this review when that happened so I'm gonna keep this open until I'm completely finished with this hospital and never have to come back. The doctor finally came and immediately went on the defensive saying other staff told him I was walking all around screaming about wanting to leave, which is false. I am a social worker and would never, so for the staff to lie on me like that is insane. I don't play about my character and will not allow someone to assassinate my character falsely. Nevertheless the doc apologized and was able to give me the information I had been waiting for and he is discharging me after he finds a left hand brace for my wrist. Had to come back to edit. They had no left hand braces and the doc had to improvise. We used the right hand brace just to keep my wrist straight.

There is a bus that runs between the airport terminal and the office that's free. When arriving, I signed in, noted my symptoms and that I needed to be seen before my next flight. I waited for little over an hour before filling out paperwork and then being asked to come back to the examination room. The nurse and the physician's assistant were super polite, attentive and understanding. They made a special call to see if my prescription could be delivered to me verses getting a cab and picking them up. They also ensured I received a generic brand, so it was cost effective. It's never ideal to get sick while traveling. I was glad to have such a convenient option during this time.

She's so sweet with my daughter. It's not all business with her, she comes to because she loves her job.She is truly empathetic to her patients and never leaves the room without answering All of your questions. I recently took my daughter to her appointment for her yearly physical and I was seen by Dr. Odekunl. I waited for a month for this appointment. The office had just opened and the doctor had us waiting for an hour. When he finally came in the room, he was in such a rush to do the physical. It took a good 30 seconds for him to check her out. He was in such a rush to leave the room and I felt like I was bothering him. My daughter broken out in hives, and I asked him to look at it. He didn't ask any follow up questions about her symptoms . He just said that he'll write a prescription and leave. I also needed a paper to be filled out for her school. The nurse told me to give it to the doctor. When I went to hand him the paper he verbatim told me "I don't take papers from patients give it to the nurse she'll give it to me" he was standing right there. I really couldn't understand why he couldn't just grab the paper. He's such a rude doctor. It's ridiculous. How disrespected and unheard I felt for both me and my daughter. The next day I went to the pharmacy to see if the prescription was ready and he never even sent it in. She's had this rash for a little over a month and it was very infuriating to me that he just forgot to put the prescription in. He's a physician by title only. He doesn't care about his patients. He's the reason why I am now taking my daughter to another doctor after 8 years. He's horrible at what he does and needs to find another profession immediately because he is a prime example of someone that comes to Work just for the pay check.

Seating: Plenty of seating as the place is seemingly empty on a rainy, Sunday morning. Health and safety: Puffs tissue and plenty of Purell available. Wait-time: under 10 minutes Type of Care: the doctor stood far away from the patient and the patient did not like that they were never examined. The doctor only asked a few questions and that was it. So they lose one star for that. They accept Medicare, Medicaid and most insurance plans. If I'm sick enough to need urgent care, I would probably stop in if I absolutely need to based off of the waiting area and ease of check in but not necessarily because of the type of care received.
