I'm giving this place 4 stars because of the help I received from Soraya Gonzalez. So she truly when above and beyond for me getting me work which I desperately needed and she helped me to find a place which I start tomorrow! I reached out to Exact Staff (Ontario office) and was initially contacted by Branch Manager Soraya Gonzalez. After that, despite following up multiple times for updates on my application and job opportunities, I received no responses whatsoever. Soraya never kept me posted on anything, even after several check-ins. Eventually, I was completely ghosted with zero communication or closure. The best agency I've been in so far, they really make their employees feel safe in any workplace. Quick to respond to any needs. Very understanding in any certain situation mostly in emergency call off. This agency makes sure we get our necessary resources which ever workplace we are sent to. In other agencies I've been to, I was constantly moved around, stayed for at least 5 weeks or less then moved to another workplace. Just not a reliable agency. Exact staff really surprised me and made me feel comfortable that I was in a steady job under them. Going to call me back for full information. 4 days NO RECEIVE any NEWS and didn't call me back even I text her she didn't do the work and no information to share. This company must be scammed due asked for my ID and SSN. Did not place me in job right away. I kept text message no reply me back due very lack of communication which show me they are SCAMMED ME! So at first they were really helpful but I was having trouble with getting my application finished due to my account not having all the information. I was going back and forward with the manger for literally 2 weeks trying to get it resolved. I even created a different email because they thought it was my original email. Same problems kept accruing, I asked her if I could come in an do it in person so that we can continue with the process an get the job offer they had available. This is the worst agency to apply you're there for two hours filling out paperwork, you're applying for the other jobs but they insist to apply for Target because it pays more money. Then you come back to the temp agency to take a urine drug test ,then you go to Target to do a walk-through .Let the temp agency know you did the walk-through. They will tell you as soon as they have a opening they'll call you I've been waiting for almost a month and I call at least twice a week and still nothing it's a waste of your time..DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME AT EXACT STAFFING apply somewhere else that will get you a job within a week. read more

My experience at Exact Staff has been great (both on the job site and at the agency). I got hired that same week and they provided me with a debit card (which is helpful for people who don't have a bank account). I originally was staffed at one warehouse and even though it didn't work out - Exact is very prompt about moving you into a more fitting location. I read a lot of the prior reviews about the long application times and communication barriers, but people have to understand that there will always be hiccups in ANY agency you go to. I think what really matters is how the problem was solved at the end and I feel like this agency truly cares about quality workers. So far my job has been stable and looks promising. read more

This is the worst agency. My husband went and applied. They told him to report to Tartget warehouse the following week. For 3 days straight he showed up and they said he wasn't on the list. He called the agency and they said his background hasn't came in to call back. That was 3 weeks ago. Still no call back from exact to let him know anything. Spent an hour there n filled out the packet which included "if Suzy had two apples and you took one, how many apples does Suzy have left?". Met with J.Saenz, said he has a job and will definitely let me know "good or bad, I always email back". Emailed him later that day to ask the status, no reply. Emailed again the next business day, no reply. Called a few times (the office, not him directly) once at 11am on a Tuesday, no answer. Again later that day at 330, no answer. Go look at the reviews on Google idk how these people had a good experience but from my view exact is the last place u want to apply to they are unprofessional and unorganized and if you schedule an appointment be prepared to wait a hr to 4 hrs to be seen.
