After my accident with a deer, I was informed that my policy included 30 days of car rental coverage. However, the body shop told me that the part needed for my car was on indefinite backorder. When I reached out to my insurance company, they simply reminded me that I would be responsible for the rental costs once the 30 days were up--no exceptions, no flexibility. So I had no vehicle for two of the three months while my car was being repaired. To make matters worse, the deer hit my front bumper and front tire area, yet they refused to cover the cost of replacing the damaged tire, claiming it wasn't part of the accident. How does that make any sense when it's the only tire that was damaged in the exact spot of impact? This company does everything possible to avoid paying claims and making things right for their customers. It's clear they prioritize their profits over their policyholders. I regret ever signing up with them, and if I never see one of their commercials again, it'll be too soon.

On Dec 17, 2025, I requested that our car insurance be canceled on Jan 14, 2026, as we were switching agencies. I was told that would be fine and the policy end date would be added to the "notes" in our account. Unbeknownst to us, our car insurance was actually canceled on Jan 4, 2026 leaving us uninsured for 10 days until our new policy started. Wow, what stellar customer service. We only found this out after seeing a refund deposited into our bank account and then logging in to our insurance account and finding that the car insurance policy had been removed. Also, during the phone conversation on Dec 17, I requested that our renter's insurance policy be canceled on April 3, 2026. I subsequently was contacted four times between Dec 17 and March 2026, asking what I would like to do with our renter's insurance. I repeated myself every single time and was told that the end date would be added to the "notes" in our account. I called the office on April 10, 2026 and was told that the renter's insurance policy had not been canceled as requested because the manager was awaiting confirmation from me in order to cancel it. Where was that phone call, manager? The incompetence and unreliability is real. Save yourself the stress and irritation; there are SO MANY better qualified agencies available.
