Bank America reversed a cashier's check deposit. The bank…read morestated " refer to maker". Maker of check the next day went to his same branch to find why the cashier's check had been reversed. The makers bank said the cashier's check was valid and did not understand why the deposit was reversed. A wire transfer was then issued from the same bank for the same amount. I was charged $15.00 for the wire transfer. I called Bank America. They turned the decision over to "AI" who then refused to reverse the $15.00. I Bank America again the they changed the reason for reversal to "bank" and again it was turned over to "AI" apparently and again my request to have the $15 fee credited back was declined. STAY AWAY FROM BANK AMERICA

Standing in line for 20+ minutes to deposit checks is common at this location, just depends what time of day you are going. And more often than not, you will get a complaint from someone in line asking them to open another window to get given the same response time and time again, "we don't have anyone." I will say inconsistent tellers when it comes to depositing checks. One week they want stamps on the back, other times an account number is sufficient, other times they just want the business name. I guess it all depends on the teller. Just wish it would be the same all across.

After a few days finally realizing this deposit was not into the correct account, I returned to the branch to resolve the issue. After waiting for the check hold to clear, now returning to the branch - they are advising it will take 5 days for the funds to become available. This is a clear unacceptable resolution especially being this was all caused by Rosalva (Wells Fargo employee). Upon this unacceptable resolution and asking to resolve this sooner as this was not our mistake in any capacity - they keep advising just to leave and they will call me. This is an extremely patronizing and dismissive way of handling issues that were literally caused by their staff clerical errors. In summary, if visiting this branch - BE CAREFUL that they can and will deposit your checks into a RANDOM account that was not requested. Make sure to check your receipts upon leaving to verify the deposit was made to the proper account.

Recently, I found myself in a difficult legal situation and urgently needed copies of bank statements dating back to 2021. I was absolutely blown away by the level of service I received at this branch, especially from Jonathan Hernandez. He went far above and beyond to help me recover statements from accounts that had been closed for years. I didn't even have complete account numbers, yet somehow he patiently pieced everything together and tracked down all the documents I desperately needed. What impressed me most was the time and care he gave me, even though I'm no longer a current customer. Jonathan personally answered the phone when I called the branch directly, spent significant time helping me over the phone, and continued assisting me when I came in person. The entire branch has a genuinely friendly and welcoming atmosphere. This is the kind of customer service that used to be common years ago but is incredibly rare today.
