    Poor service. The tellers are very dry. Not helpful at all. Tried to charge me $8 to cash a check written from their bank.

While I was standing at the counter with the attendant, a man behind me in line repeatedly asked me to "wait for him when I'm done" and called me nicknames while waiting in line behind me. My back was to him, I wasn't engaging, and he continued to harass me. The establishment was very quiet and everyone, customers and employees, could hear it, and nobody said a word or even looked my direction. It wasn't until he skipped the line and the man came up to me that an employee finally told him to "give me space," to which he responded, "I'm trying to be IN her space." He was not reprimanded for this language by any employees in the establishment to my knowledge. The man then sat down on the couch behind me as if waiting for me to be done at the counter, staring at me. I wasn't sure if he was even doing business there. I was terrified that I would be harassed as soon as I was done at the counter, and nobody seemed to care. Eventually, I noticed that an employee seemed to walk him out, which I was grateful for, but said employee never came over to me to inform me what happened, if the man was actually off the premises, offer any sort of protection or guidance as I walked to my car with thousands in cash--nothing. No employees glanced my direction, checked in on me, asked if I was ok, or even gave a sympathetic glance. I thought about asking security to walk me to my car, but I didn't see any security on the premises. I ended up calling a friend and speedwalking to my car with my pepper spray out, terrified that he would be waiting for me. I felt completely alone in an establishment full of employees who were apparently trained in customer service. I had no issues closing my bank account; that's not the purpose of this review. It's about the failure of the employees to demonstrate any care or compassion for a woman who was clearly afraid and being harassed, all whilst handling all of her money in cash. If the employee did take care of the man who was harassing me, then that needs to be COMMUNICATED. It was a really disheartening experience. I'm writing all of this in hopes that management can speak to the employees who were working today and remind them that it's your job to make people feel safe in your establishment. Especially given that it's a BANK and a hot spot for crime.

    I had two experiences here in the same day. It started off pretty terribly, but the woman who…read morehelped me the second time was much kinder and better at her job. When I first arrived, I was helped by Maurie (apologies if I misspelled the name). She was unenthused and borderline dissociative, and when my transaction failed, was told there was nothing she could do and I had to call. I asked if I could try it another way, and she just said, "No." LOL. Okay, so I went outside and called and was told the transaction failed because it was a first time request, but would go through now. The customer service representative on the phone also informed me that she should have tried it for me instead of being difficult. I went back and was given so much attitude from Maurie who told me she couldn't help anyway because she was leaving and i could wait for the other teller to get back in five minutes. When a manager asked me what the issue was, I started telling her what had happened and from behind the counter, Maurie starts interjecting and accusing me of lying. Girl. None of what I was saying was a lie. And she was just so rude and disrespectful it made me never want to go to that location again. The manager had to reign her in a bit, but she was still shooting me dirty looks and I just can't believe you're allowed to act this way in client facing roles these days. Like i said, the woman who helped me after this -- my transaction was able to be completed, FYI! -- was much kinder and that made me feel a little better about the experience. So, those two stars are for her, and zero are for Maurie.

    You get scammed by some Chinese drop shipment con artists. They have your money. You received…read moretheir trash, which wasn't what it was presented to be in a carefully crafted advertisement. The ad guaranteed a refund. You sent the item back. The con artists have a number of additional cons to now implement: you didn't follow the correct return process, you didn't keep the item long enough to keep testing it, you should have sent the item back to China (even though that would cost more than the item itself), etc. End result: the item is gone (you shipped it back to them), and your money is also gone. Citi lets the charge stand on your credit card. You're out the item and your money. All Citi Cards had to do was five minutes of research online, to see that this drop shipment company is ripping off its customers. Instead, Citi lets you stand there, holding the bag. With a protector/ally like this, who would need a rapist?

They both greeted me and nicely asked me what brought me to the bank that day. I smiled and replied that my mission was simply to pick up a check register, or two. The teller, then brusquely told me that they were out of stock and didn't expect to get any more in. The guard chimed in to say that Amazon sells them inexpensively. I politely asked if there was perhaps at least - one - errant booklet lying around that they could possibly find for me and the guard offered to ask the mgr. Well, as I had hoped, there were a few booklets that the mgr. then put in one of the little drawers below their tall workspace tables. I began to enter the bank to retrieve one and was barred by the previously mentioned teller, who said: "No, stand right here and I'll get you one, so you won't take more than that." I was flabbergasted by his rude statement. I took the booklet when he returned with it, went home and thought about what I had just been subjected to. Then I decided to call the branch and report the incident to the mgr., there, Kim. Instead of being mortified by the treatment I had received and contrite about the situation she argued with me and said that I must have been mistaken, because that teller would never have behaved in such a manner. She then called me by a name - other than my own - and told me, essentially, that I was making a mountain out of a molehill. Her argumentative and antagonistic conduct only served to compound the problem and so realizing that Kim was not going to handle the circumstances appropriately I simply hung up the phone at that point. As a result I'm naturally uncomfortable going back to that branch and have vowed never to do so.

Bonita made time for me on busy days and went above and beyond to help with a difficult situation. She followed up with me regularly by phone and was in short, incredible. Not enough good things to say and I couldn't appreciate her more!
