I am not asking for a handout -- only for fairness: either provide the six hours of behind-the-wheel instruction my child needs, or refund the money so she can complete her training elsewhere. The fact that the owner is threatening customers instead of resolving concerns only reinforces the pattern already visible in the many other one-star reviews.

Not only was there zero instruction (students were told to read a chapter and get her attention to take the test once they were done), she was using workout equipment the entire time which was loud and distracting, plus she had a puppy in the classroom that was running around and was yet another distraction. I can't believe this place is a legitimate, authorized driving school. My son completed the written portion of the program but I did not want him in the same car with this woman. She is flighty, very loud, and constantly talking about anything except driver's education. When I went to pick up his records she was terribly rude and told me my son never attended her driving school, she had no record of his attendance or tests. I politely asked her to check again and she refused. She then proceeded to tell me he would need to take the course over again so she could count his attendance and record his test grades. Even when I told her in detail about her puppy and other conversations she spoke about she said I was lying, that if my son attended she would have recorded his attendance and grades. She said my son and I had never been in her classroom but she does have the record that I fully paid for the program. It's unclear if she's just cruel, mentally unstable, or so scatterbrained that she can't keep track of attendance and grades. Whatever the situation, please do not attend this "school". There have to be better options available.

This was my very first time on a motorcycle. Henry and Natalie are great instructors. Sure, they know how to ride and instruct on skills.
