I do doubt all the crazies on the road! And I want my kiddo to last until old man adulthood! So I wanted him to have as much practice as possible from people who truly care. Freddie saw Jay for riding skills / lessons for the last couple of weeks and wow! Not only is my boy hooked but I have a deeper respect for these guys that take their time to take the students seriously. As a Mum who wants her kiddo riding as safe as possible, I thought nothing of multiple lessons and of course the onsite licensing class. Alden in the office was brilliant at working out the scheduling that worked with our crazy calendar and we now have a fully licensed rider who sailed through the test with zero marks taken off. My son will have a break for the winter and I will once again see if Jay can give him a refresher in the late Spring before the season really starts to give my kiddo every success to enjoy his riding! Thank you Ride Chicago! You gave Freddie the world he was hoping to ride in!

This was my very first time on a motorcycle. Henry and Natalie are great instructors. Sure, they know how to ride and instruct on skills. What they are really good at is developing relationships to aid in instruction. They learn your name, encourage and provide guidance in a way that keeps your head in the game. The instructors are terrible and have no real knowledge to teach others. You have to take the test muliple attempts! They literally have certain testers that will pass you and some they will deliberately fail you. Drove over 6 hours to test and arrived to receive a message stating "forgot to tell you class was cancelled" this is only one occasion of unprofessionalism. Not to mention not answering or returning calls although you're paying them for literally everything. If this isn't funded by WIOA there is no way I would give them ANY of my money. Complete rip-off and JOKE. I can't believe how many positive reviews they have when literally every student you encounter has the same experience. Goodluck! Do what you want with this information.

They are extremely organized, responsive, very personable, they will do what they can to accommodate to their students schedules, and most importantly, they are all incredible instructors. Today (7/25/25), an instructor from this company (who I believe is also the owner), removed the company placard from the top of the car, barreled down the middle of a parking lot lane, almost hit me purposely 3 separate times after harassing me, including backing up within a few inches of my car, brake checked me, stopped the car in an alley to block me from leaving, flipped me off with 2 hands while driving the car, and screamed the F word out the window several times--this is all with a what looked to be a young man in the passenger seat looking terrified, no older than 18 years old. It's been about 30 minutes since this incident and I genuinely wondering and concerned that this instructor was intoxicated because that is not how normal people behave...again, with a teenage student driver in the passenger seat.

The instructor was super calm and knew exactly how to help with road test nerves. They were based in Westmont but worked around the Chicago suburbs too -- super convenient. If you're near Downers Grove or Oak Brook and need a driving instructor who's reliable and easy to work with, definitely check them out. My daughter was enrolled here through COVID and looking back on our time here, I realize it was a mistake. My daughter was 2 at the time and would come home saying things like "shut your mouth." There was also an incident where she came home with a bite mark on her arm, and when I asked her teacher (who I believe no longer works there) she stated that they had to stop her biting herself. Later came to the conclusion, it was a child who's grandmother worked at the center that she was covering for her. They always had her (the little girl who was biting) sitting in a high chair in the mornings to avoid interaction with other kids. Anyways, although my review is a bit dated, I would advise others to think twice about enrolling their children in this center. As a mom, who now has my second child enrolled in another center, I regret choosing Little Magnolias. Originally, I was impressed with how the center looked and how clean and colorful it seemed, but the staff is not who I would choose to care for any child.

Fresh still with blood, I was livid. I asked for the video footage to be reviewed, they stalled stating they needed a pin for the camara to check back later. I show up following day and Taronda says "she might have scratched him while changing his diaper before pick up." And the one on his wrist was possibly from him scratching the table. Proceeds to wave her hands showing me her nails and saying they're getting long and that's what might've happened Because he moves so much. Duh, he's a child and that's what they do. Also, said I have him used to the bottle as if that was relevant! When not one time did he ever take or use a bottle there. There is no way that was an accident, for it to pierce through his skin it must have been done aggressively!!. I go in next day because they say they got the footage and they didn't see any wrong doing, the owner is there and I ask how much of the video they viewed if it was the whole time or just the 2 minutes of around the time I picked him up. The owner says she's not about to waste her time for that many hours! Wtf. You obviously do not care if they have an abusive teacher or not. I'm furious. The owner continues to yell at me to sit down and watch the video, I most definitely didn't like the way she was talking to me like if I was stupid! Mind you all this time my child is sleeping on my shoulder, I yell back because clearly I'm gonna defend my son and need answers for what happened to him under their care! That lady shouldn't be allowed to work with any kids or run a business at that! She does not care about them!! I choose this place because at the time Ms. Wendy was very thorough with her answers and explanation of center (compare to other centers) and at the time they also had a certified teacher in the infant room, which was one of the main reasons I choose this place. I was concern about how old the place looked; however, due to some COVID relief funding Mrs. Adriana has remodel the place and it looks amazing! Also due to COVID changes from DCFS and DHS, there has been a lot of staff changes because of the extra work that was required of staff which lead for many of them to leave including the certified teacher, who was there for 8 years, and Ms. Wendy who was there forever. It was probably a blessing in disguise, because, now, the newer daycare aides have stuck around for while and they are truly the best and very hard working and caring women. I am not sure if any of them are currently certified teachers, regardless, they care of our babies. I am so hands-on mom and would tell them do this and do that and they are really good and listening to my request. I also love how this daycare seems like a school. They are always teaching something new to the children, have holiday photo shoots, and parties for them. Their calendar is filled with activities as well for the infant rooms. They do their best to update photos on dojo and adhere to COVID rules. This place has been through a lot in the last year (both professionally and personally) but Mrs. Adriana works hard not to skip a beat. Daycare owners and aides do not get a lot of credit and this place deserves to get noticed. My son, who is now 13 months, gets so happy to go to school and gets very cheesy when he sees his teachers. That tells you a lot about this place. I highly recommend it!
