Today, I had the pleasure of walking in, seeing an employee directly in my line of sight, saying, "Good morning!", while he ignored me and couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge my existence. After staring at a computer screen (that was now right in between he and I) for a minute, he then finally acknowledged me. I hear finding good employees has been difficult for a while now, but this location has struggled for many years with that.

I had been here before, an older lady who I had the impression was manager who did a nice job on…read morelegal documents, so I had the impression this was a good copy shop to do business with, today around 4:30 pm I went in for 3 copies of one document, on a flash drive, I informed her that there are 3 text files, but if for some reason she can't get them to fit on a page, I also had an image file, jpg that I wanted to be used instead. The lady came back with the font size blown up, to make a one page document into a page and a half, the font size I have on the text files is 12, standard size for legal work. She is changing the font sizes to make more pages. She tried to force me to pay for 6 pages that were unusable, before she would print it correctly and then charge me a 3rd time, I said "no", she immediately slammed my usb down on the desk and ordered me to get out. She claims I didn't tell her I wanted the one page document, all on the same page, which is a lie, I told her as she was taking it to the back, to print it, that was the purpose for the image file, if she couldn't do it correctly from the text files. I asked for her name and who the manager is, she claimed that she is the manager. So now I have to find out who she is and who is above her, to file a complaint, because if she is a manager, she certainly shouldn't be.

She made my copies, stacked them all together to eliminate the separation, handed my flash drive and demanded that I go and pay at the other counter: before doing so, she made sure to insult the customer that had called and had a question via the phone stating "having another store call me will not change the answer to your stupid question." I went to get some note pads before taking my copies to the counter. The young lady was leaning over the counter scrolling on her phone as I approached. She asked if I had a phone number which I said no, but have an old account number that usually gives me discounts. She said don't worry about it and tried to charge me for the note pads only. I asked that she combine them she said no. I asked why to which she replied "why do yall always do this!" I was confused and said I only ask because I get a discount with my business account. She yelled at me as we went back and forth a bit before throwing my copies to another register and called the assistant manager to ring me up refusing to ring up my order which is her job! The manager did nothing to diffuse the situation and simply rang me up. While doing so, the cashier was as still yelling insults my way saying "black fatigue is a real thing!" The entire situation was ridiculous and unnecessary. I will NEVER go to this location again. I own a local business and spend $1000s a year! I will take my business elsewhere. I would suggest you everyone does the same!

I had purchased some digital files of some 18th century nature prints for my son's nursery. I…read moredidn't want them printed on photo paper because I wanted them to look like they'd come out of an antique book. I wanted some texture to the page and no sheen. I also needed a margin around the entire image so I could affix the prints to a mat before framing. It was an odd, specific project, and I had no idea where to go. I called Southern Reprographics and described the project and was thrilled that they were a) willing to do it and b) offered an amazing price for the job. Joe recommended two paper options, and I took his suggestion to go with watercolor paper. I sent over the files and Joe was very prompt with his email communication. The images turned out EXACTLY as I had imagined. If the excellent product and service from Joe weren't enough, when I called to arrange a pick up, I wasn't going to be able to make it by the time they closed. The owner agreed to stay a little late to let me pick up my prints before the weekend. Excellent product, excellent customer service all around. I am one very happy customer!
