Knowledgeable on the word of God and will treat you like family. You get a good purchase for your buck. I paid almost $30 for my Bible. My Bible arrived in great condition and shipping was perfect. There are study tips throughout the Bible. Mardel has large variety of the Bible in every version possible. Receiving my Bible I make sure to read it every morning for inspiration. They told her it would be approximately 2 weeks. 1 week later, they called to tell her that her ring was lost. "We don't know what happened. Possibly a UPS driver stole it. We just don't know but we are sorry." My wife told the Kay Manager, Lauren (I think), that we just wanted to be reimbursed for the value stated on my receipt. The Manager continually said "We cannot reimburse you but we will replace it with a "similar or less" type of ring. That is what it states on the receipt that we gave her when she dropped it off." Long story short, after several weeks of texting my wife pics of engagement rings off their Clearance page "Do you like this one or that one?" When my wife told the the Manager that none of those rings were anywhere close to the size, clarity and color of the ring she had dropped off, she again stated that she was sorry, but that the receipt she gave her when she dropped off the ring stated clearly, that if it was lost or stolen, that they would replace it with something similar or less. She just finally accepted an small engagement ring (that she doesn't need) to get the stress & frustration over with. The ring that my wife dropped off at Kay Jewelers had a certification card from Gemological Institute of America stating her ring had approximately 91 diamonds. The ring they replaced it with had NO certification card & only had approximately 40 small diamonds. When we went to pick up the engagement ring, they made her sign a paper stating that she would not (basically) talk bad about them or post anything on social media that may harm their reputation. I can and I'm pissed at how they handled losing her brand new ring. WHAT A SCAM!!!

I called the company and asked them what they could do to fix the issue, hoping they would overnight a new pair, and expressed my frustration, and the employee barely apologized and then told me they couldn't do that and I would get them Thursday along with a shipping label because I needed to send the wrong size pjs back. I was looking for replacement handles for my wheelbarrow. The Ace Hardware website showed Besser…read morehad them in stock. When I arrived there were three employees near the front door but none offered to assist me. I found the handles and took them to the register. The cashier rang them up and said $70+. I mentioned they showed on the website for $22. She said I had the wrong handles but did not offer any assistance in finding the right ones. She asked I look them up on my phone and provide her the product number which I thought was strange as a computer terminal was in front of her. Another employee came to my assistance and found the right handles albeit for $2 more than shown on the website. At this point I just wanted the handles and to get out of there so I didn't quibble and paid. The cashier was quite unfriendly and displayed a "you're bothering me" attitude followed with "take it or leave it, I don't really care". I live in west Little Rock and had driven downtown specifically for the handles. I try to make purchases at locally owned businesses whenever possible. Needless to say, I won't return to Besser. If I want to be ignored and unappreciated as a customer I can just go to Home Depot or Lowes much closer to my home.
