I put in an order the day before for copies as I needed them for an event. I went in to pick them up that night as I was given a time the order would be completed and they were not completed. Jodi is amazing! She has printed my flyers for years at Cantrell. Since it closed down, we placed our order at NLR. I sent the same exact instructions as usual and the first NLR employee with initials C.P.D did not follow the instructions at all leaving tons of extra work for our teachers who are already over worked. I went there to get some business cards made. I had there online coupon. I was thinking it was going to take a few days but I got them the next afternoon and I went in late in the day. Went in today looking for 4 office chairs. Found exactly what I wanted. I was sitting in the chair and talking to a friend and told her it was more than I could afford. An employee (Nick) was on the next aisle and heard us. He said it might be $99. The tag said $179. He came right over and scanned it and was $179. He said it had been cheaper for Memorial Day but we were over a week late for that. I asked if he would see if the manager would give us 4 for the sale price. He was gone for awhile, but he came back and d said he would take them to the front for me!!! The manager (Brian)came out and we thanked him. First of all, nick didn't even have to acknowledge us, but he heard us and jumped into action. He was so charismatic and personable-(very young-he's going places). He took them to the front and even checked them out for us. Then Brian, loaded them in the car for us. They treated us like special/valued customers and it is appreciated!!!! Great job!! read more

Print services are unbelievable. I'm not going back. Office Depot, print services are a big part of your business. Please stop hiring people with no experience in this department. Increase the pay and hire people who know what they are doing. This isn't the kind of position any random applicant should be given. This should be someone who can handle requests for custom orders; this isn't a scan and check out, pay and done kind of ordeal. And all I needed was just paper prints done! Can't imagine ordering something more custom that is advertised... Four visits to this location over the course of a month and a half, FOUR, and all four resulted in me leaving frustrated. That's more than enough. Done. On a side note, they do carry all the office supplies you would need, well stocked in that, but if you need print services, I don't recommend it here. read more

I recently visited this store and was very disappointed. I came in to have my laptop looked at and upon arriving I was greeted at the door. I noticed that there wasn't many employees there to help. The guy at the door yelled across the store for someone to come help me, but i noticed that this person was already helping two other customers and I asked the door greeter could he help me and he responded no I will get my tech you will have to wait for him. I saw the frustration in everyone's face. I was finally made aware that this guy at the front greeting was a store manager. I asked again could he help and he still told me that I needed to wait on the Tech. He seemed nervous and seemed as if he didn't know what he was doing or anything about the store. While waiting another customer arrived and he greeted them and asked could he help, but instead of actually helping he yelled again across the store for someone else. I also noticed that all of the other customers wore walkie talkies and I wondered why doesn't he use his. At this point I was very upset and annoyed and left. I will not recommend visiting this store. Those poor workers in there are being yelled at left and right while the store manager watches them and never offers to help a customer/guest. read more
