I did a return with amazon at the uos store. It was painless and is efficient. I thought the ups employees were so helpful and knowledge.

I had been here before, an older lady who I had the impression was manager who did a nice job on legal documents, so I had the impression this was a good copy shop to do business with, today around 4:30 pm I went in for 3 copies of one document, on a flash drive, I informed her that there are 3 text files, but if for some reason she can't get them to fit on a page, I also had an image file, jpg that I wanted to be used instead. The lady came back with the font size blown up, to make a one page document into a page and a half, the font size I have on the text files is 12, standard size for legal work. She is changing the font sizes to make more pages. She tried to force me to pay for 6 pages that were unusable, before she would print it correctly and then charge me a 3rd time, I said "no", she immediately slammed my usb down on the desk and ordered me to get out. She claims I didn't tell her I wanted the one page document, all on the same page, which is a lie, I told her as she was taking it to the back, to print it, that was the purpose for the image file, if she couldn't do it correctly from the text files. I asked for her name and who the manager is, she claimed that she is the manager. So now I have to find out who she is and who is above her, to file a complaint, because if she is a manager, she certainly shouldn't be. read more

I have used this UPS location several times and the packages arrive BROKEN even though the boxes are labelled fragile. I have never had broken items from other UPS locations. My mothers crystal-ruined. They need to analyze their chain of custody and figure out where the breakage is occurring. It seems like the box was purposely dropped. read more

My family is from out of town, staying in the North Little Rock area. My mother is very sick from medication and needs to see her doctor via video tomorrow, but forms must be dealt with ahead of time. Running out of time, I tried this UPS store after several other locations. Although they were closed, the very kind lady inside (I only wish I knew her name) waved me on in after learning I was not local and in desperate need of assistance. I was able to print my mother's medical forms without any trouble and with the added empathy of a caring soul. Horrible service! The teenager couldn't show me box sizes and told me I had thirty choices and then walked off. At the counter an acne riddled man who had more hair in his eyes than Cousin It told me he couldn't give me shipping labels they had to do it there in the store. Add this to the tall woman/matriarch asking what labels went on which pile of boxes ( clearly management) and I ran screaming down the street to FedEx. At FedEx the rep grabbed every item I asked for in under 3 minutes. She organized labels w pouches, bubble wrap etc and even helped me carry the stash to my car! Under 10 minutes in and out. She even smiled and was gracious as the line grew to the door I'm not sure if there was any cost savings but the peace of mind and customer service were priceless. Ditch this fiasco and go the half mile to FeEx and look for the redhead with dimples and professional attitude. It's worth the drive to get it done right. read more

Rude staff. Asked everyone except my husband and I if they needed something packed up. We had to go to the back of the line while waiting for them to pack our package after being in line for 15 min. Guy was tossing around packages, even those clearly labeled as FRAGILE. Will not be returning. read more

If I could give a negative star, I would do it. I am an Amazon seller and Amazon has a special contract with UPS for shipping to their warehouses. Today, I needed to ship an Amazon order to Greece. I decided to go here instead of to the USPS, which I normally use, because it was closer. They attempted to charge me $162 for my 4 oz, small envelope parcel. I had specifically said that I wanted the least expensive rate possible. They said that was the cheapest. I said that something was wrong and that I knew better. They insisted that it was correct. I told them that I ship internationally all the time. I went to the USPS and shipped the package First Class International and it cost me $13.50, which was about what I expected. This is actually not the first time that I have had an encounter at this store where they tried to cheat me. This store is run by incompetents or crooks or both. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL TRY TO CHEAT YOU. read more
