I was not pleased with the work. They used squeegees on a pole which did not get the corner of the windows. Did NOT wash any of the deck sliding door screens and torn several screens. I called the company and DID NOT get a call regarding my dissatisfaction. I guess they don't need my business. read more

After a few years of great service - these guys fell off the grid. They did a terrible job on our windows this year - not rinsing properly and even leaving bird poop on one window. I contacted Tim McCulla who said they would come and redo it and he never showed up. I recontacted many times - so I guess they aren't coming. Very disappointing and not what we are used to. Safe to say - they aren't on my preferred contractor list anymore. read more

I have used this company to wash my windows upon season opening, usually BEFORE Memorial Day when everyone is busy. My windows a were so clean I thought the screens were out! The men were neat, clean and exceptionally nice and professional. I had my deck power washed last week and when I came down to the shore that weekend the railings and gate to the steps were as white as they were when we purchased the house. They didn't even leave a rag or towel which my window washer at home does every time he cleans. I only wish Tim and the guys would come up to North Jersey and do our house there. I've used Excel for the last several years and this is the first time I have not been totally satisfied. First they showed up 5 hours early. I know that sounds good but I had a lot going on at that time and was not prepared. What would have happened if I wasn't home? The guy doing the inside of the windows did not wear a mask. One screen was installed upside down, another screen has a new large hole in it. Two of the windows are completely streaked on the outside, and several of the windows were not completely wiped down in the middle where the top window meets the bottom window. I have used Tim and his crew for many years and never had any complaints. This year, whatever was used to wash garage doors was way too powerful and took finish off which then resulted in rust spots. Doors had no rust spots prior to their cleaning. When I contacted Tim his answer was you live by the beach. That is not a satisfactory answer. He was suppose to come and see what my doors look like now but haven't heard from him after multiple emails. Unfortunately, I will not use or recommend him to others. read more
