Well if I could give 10 stars it would'nt be enough I've worked with Nizar Milbes the case manager for about 3 years now and this man has over delivered and has gone way above the realms of customer service! I was going through a very pressuring situation at the time I first utilized this service. Probably the best private investigators in all of california! I was involved in an auto accident and the guy who hit had no driver license or insurance. He told me that he was a mechanic and he would pay for the repairs and fix any issues. However after a few days he just blocked my phone number and disappeared. I got the police report to try and track the guy down but the address he provided to the police was an old address where he no longer lived at. My plan was to sue the guy but I couldn't serve him if i didnt have his address. So I contacted 2 other investigator companies to track the guy down but they were no good to me. They couldnt even find any information on the guy l, even when i provided the guys ID. But then i was referred to excell investigations by a good friend of mine and it was the best choice I ever made! They were able to provide me with the information I needed to take the guy to court and he even had to pay me the very affordable costs to hire excell Investigations. Worst service on following up after they received their payment. Rude and completely unprofessional customer service. They are quick to take your money and tell you that they sent you the paper after you called them 4 times. Still waiting for my confirmation. I would never recommend them to anyone EVER. Nothing short of SUPERB! I can't think of anything that could've been improved in my experience with Excell. I won a small claims case for more than $5,000 in unpaid wages, but the debtor completely ignored the judge's order and refused to reply to my communications or to pay me a penny. I had to get the debtor's administrator personally served by a professional process server. She's someone who travels a lot and is tough to pin down. I knew she'd be in Santa Fe Springs on a given day and time, and I contracted Excell for the job. I was nervous because I live 400 miles away from Santa Fe Springs, and because she was only going to be there for a day. Excell put Fernando Villa on the job. He was absolutely AMAZING: He stayed in close contact with me throughout the entire process - before, during and after the service, days, nights, weekends, you name it. He thoroughly prepared ahead of time and demonstrated the highest level of professionalism every single step of the way. He got the job done and even provided me with a video of the moment in which he served her. (The service was perfectly executed.) He then sent me the completed proof of service right away.
