My experience at Excellence included three failed attempts to tint the rear windshield of my Dodge Charger. Each attempt consisted of bubbles, blurry tint that made me dizzy and gaps around the edges. Each time, they had every possible excuse, even blaming the Dodge Charger itself for being difficult to tint. At the end of each of the three 8hr days that they had my car, I came home with bubbles, paper towels stuffed in the base to catch excess water, and instructions to park it in the sun to cure (which didn't work because the bubbles were far too large - see photos). Each time I left with another appointment booked to "try again." They eventually admitted their technician simply couldn't do it and promised to assign a better guy to do it 4th time around and if it still wasn't good, they'd cut me a check so I could go elsewhere. After the receptionist talked with the owner, I received a call indicating that they took the check option off the table, insisting they'd just keep redoing it until they got it right "because we have a lifetime warranty." - A warranty is meant for peace of mind, not endless do-overs! They said that if I wanted a refund I would need to talk to the body shop who originally hired them for my car - making me jump through hoops and unfairly putting that responsibility on the collision repair shop who trusted them with their jobs. On my fourth visit, after advice from the collision repair shop, we decided to have them remove the tint altogether so I could take it somewhere else to be done properly. Even the removal was done poorly as they left excess sticky solution and tint remnant's in the corners of the windshield. I gave them ample opportunity to make things right before I left, but all they were willing to offer after all of this was a detail, which at this point was really just an insult. Ultimately another shop was able to do a flawless tint job and was done in an hour! Not one single bubble, no blur and no drama. So it was possible... somewhere else. read more

Extremely disappointing experience. The front desk staff (two ladies) displayed very poor customer service, talking over us, being dismissive, and raising their voices instead of handling the situation professionally. This is not how customers should be treated! On top of that we were promised something that could not be done overall! I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone! read more

Came to get my car tinted. You will need to make a reservation of course, but once you do, everyone here is soo. Nice and friendly very welcoming. It was roughly around $250 or so I forgot to tint my car. It is a 2020 Hyundai ionic. It was a pretty good deal. Their quality is top tier! Very efficient, no bubbles! My partner went somewhere else and he had to go back again cuz it wasn't done correctly. Overall detailing your car come here!! Btw, they washed my car too! read more

If I could give a zero I would . Worst service and Rosie is very unprofessional and rude. I got an estimate of how much my tint would be and they day of my appointment they told me it was going to be $200 more. I had to come back two times to get my tint fixed because it kept having bubbles on all of the windows. This is in less than a month of getting my tint with them. Not only that, they stained my leather black seats with their supplies they use and that cannot be fixed. They also left my car dirty and trash everywhere in the back seats. They also got my speakers I have in the back wet after I told them to please be careful. I have been trying to get a full refund and they won't give me my full refund. I called Excellence Auto Detail about a month ago to get my windows tinted (15-20% front cabin, 5% rear cabin). They were very flexible with appointment changes and explained and answered all my questions directly and easily. Their earliest appointment was at 9:30 AM on a Saturday, but they were able to squeeze my appointment time in at 9 AM. Day of my appointment, they made the process easy. I came in, explained the desired tint % I wanted, they took a look at my car and marked all existing damages, gave me a run down of what they would do on my car in less than 20 minutes. I left my car at their shop for about 5 hours and I came back to perfectly tinted windows AND a clean car. What can I say, except for what a great job Excellence Auto Detail has done with our 2024 4runner ceramic tint. I was in the process of looking for a tint shop near our home, and if you didn't know, there are probably like 50 plus within 5 miles. Anyhow, I just happened to see Excellence Auto Detailing, and after reading the comments, I knew this was the place to go. The facility is clean, they have great complimentary coffee and water available, my kids loved it! The staff are very nice and super knowledgeable and make it a great experience. They walk me through the process and timeline for the car to be completed.
