I was looking around for a car audio shop and saw this location with 5 stars and decided to give business with a new location because I always had a bad experience every where I visited. I met this gentlemen name Emad and Adrain , both provided with high standard customer service. They both were very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of ideas for my car. I had no clue what car play was because I never got told about it and they demonstrated it to me in another vehicle which was amazing. I bought the avic-w8400nex which really impressed me because it has wireless car play. Now I don't have to upgrade my vehicle like they say because I have the new features in it. My speakers started crackling because they were old so they gave my really amazing speakers called kicker which impressed me with the quality sound. Now I have a great sound system. I will definitely be back to put a subwoofer with amp kicker to match my sound system. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone in need of any upgrades to your car audio needs. If I could give -10 I would! Paid in advance to install an apple CarPlay on my car, first of all they changed the installation date twice with a really poor communication, their customer service is horrible by the way. Finally the day for the installation came and I was there for 5 hours waiting and they could not figure out the installation, I decided to leave my car so I could pick up the next day and the owner told me that he was going to give me the refund on the next day in case the installation was not done. Before I left I took a picture from the odometer and I asked the owner to leave my car inside the garage and he said ok. The next day I went pick up the car and the installation was not ready of course, he didn't want to give me the refund and I realized someone drove my car over 30 miles without my permission, where? I have no idea! Long history short...he was rude, disrespectful and pretty much kicked me out of the shop without the installation, without the refund and told me to go to small claims court! What a shame mr. business man, I don't even know how this guy has a 4.8 rate in here really! read more

Emad and Adrian....top notch in my book....I had a new Pioneer 8000 installed,a backup Camera and even Car Back Exhaust on my 2014 Camaro....from start to finish,both of these young men were always keeping me updated on the progress,even though it took longer then expected to complete the work,these 2 were on top of everything,making sure it all went down with no hickups,when we did run into a minor install of the backup camera,whuch was unforseen by both Emad and Adrian,they were on the phone to me right away and explained the situation and the recomendations for a fix,at no extra cost to me,they took the loss....cant think of any other places out there that would do this,but then,I have only used Emad and Adrian for all my upgrades,dont believe I can trust anyone else to be as forthrite and honest....this is my 4th vehicle that they have upgraded and my wifes car is probably next....if there was a 10 star rating,10 is what they would get....Thank you Emad and Adrian,and RJ,cant forget RJ,the technician....see you in the near future...keep up the outstanding work and customer service read more

The audio realm is a great place to go to where you need a upgrade for your car new speakers, New stereos audio realm has great employees who work they helped after my whole stereo blew it's a business with very professional and great customer service. I was referred to this location by a friend and told me they have great work and great product. I decided to replace my stereo with a back up camera and the new car play future. They gave me a great demonstration in the shop car with a full sound system and sounded amazing. This place definitely is worth the stop. The employees have a lot of great knowledge and that's what I look for when I shop because I always want to learn what's new in the market. I've been following Omar on Instagram at his @audiorealm business account and would keep up with his work. A year later I was ready to start building the audio system in the mustang. I went straight to Omar after dozens of recommendations and after reading all his 5 star reviews on pretty much all platforms (Google, Yelp, etc) let me tell you, from the installer, to Omar's help, it was nothing but honesty and professionalism which is a little rare to find at audio shops. This round of work we did all 6 interior speakers and I also bought a DS18 1000.4 amp from Audio Realm which pushed my Rockford Fosgate speakers to a whole new level. It is pretty loud and super crisp and clear. They used all proper wires, the install looks super professional, and we are going to continue on the Mustang with a custom enclosure, subs, and amp the next time I stop by. Audio Realm in National City is honestly an incredible spot if you're looking for car audio work. I went in to get a 12-inch sub installed and the whole experience blew me away. First off, they gave me a flat price over the phone, and when I showed up the price was exactly the same no hidden fees no games. On top of that, they added a knob I wasn't even expecting which was a huge bonus. The install itself was super quick only about an hour and a half and the setup they have makes it easy to just relax while you wait. What really stood out was that they even opened an hour early just to fit me into their schedule. That kind of customer service is rare these days. I visited Audio Realm to upgrade my stock component speakers, add a subwoofer with custom box, and amplifier. The price for installation was very reasonable and I made an appointment almost a month in advance. I arrived at my appointment time and was promptly attended to by Mazin, who was very professional and knowledgeable, and was told the work would be done in 3 hours. I was notified the work was complete exactly on time. Mazin had me look over everything and OPTEST the new system, which sounded amazing! When I initially walked in, I was greeted by Emad, the owner, he asked me what I needed, helped me choose the right one. He Didn't ever try to upsell me. He gave me a great price on whatever I ask for until I finally decided what I wanted. He also gave me honest advice. I have gone twice already and will continue to go back for all my car needs. I got a radio installed and also he cleaned out all my wires for my speakers and installed new ones to the amplifier I bought from him and he also hooked up the subwoofers I did not buy from him. They only carry premium film which thats what i like to see. Adrian the sales men was very polite and knowledgable. This place exemplified excellence in customer service. I made an appointment for a subwoofer install and they delivered just as promised. I watched the tech do his thing and in less than an hour I was back on the road! Highly recommend! I went in for a second visit due to not liking my factory door speakers and upgraded my sound system with a 4 channel now I am super happy. Audio realm is amazing I walked into this shop after shopping another location and noticed how they aren't pushy and very helpful. I walked in and guided me for the right material for my window tint on my Nissan Versa. After that I decided to upgrade my speakers and stereo with Bluetooth . I called about getting my truck tinted and spoke with Jose. After locking in my appointment I went in and saw what other customers where getting done to their cars and trucks. Jose gave me great in person breakdown on all the things they can do for my truck . Not only did I get the tint done, but I ended up getting LEDs. It's night and day with my LEDs. The knowledge he gave me ranging on the products they offer was enough to convince me to get my audio done soon as well. I purchased jnc wheels19" staggered on my 2012 Honda accord and fell in love with my car after putting aftermarket rims. I came in and they took care of my headlight diagnostic for free amazing and ended up buying new headlights because they were getting fuses blown every minute it got replaced. This place talks big but does not deliver to what they said. Dropped off the car early in the…read moremorning for a tint but they didn't even work on the car til around 4pm. Which is quite stupid because the appointment was drop off at 9am and one of the guy told me that the car will be done at 12 prior to scheduling appt. But then switched to 3 the day off calling around 11am of appointment day. Then switched again to 4 and if you call speaking to a different guy he will tell you 7pm. Why have appointments if you will just keep the car all day. Called again at 330pm and was told that it will be done 4-430. But now it is 515 and still not done. Just a tint job I might say. One guy will say there's 2 guys working on the car but they outsource their tint jobs to windtech360 mobile tinting 619-382-7606. So I should've gone to those guys instead of this car audio one shop. Which is quite redundant but lesson learned. So please if you're going to this shop just avoid it because they will schedule you for an appointment just to keep your car all day literally and then outsource the job to another company. For the price and the trouble. Yea avoid this place. Better go to another spot.

Learned of Kenny and his company through one of his Facebook videos. I vetted two other companies…read morebut only Kenny took the time to help me understand exactly what I needed and why. He even took my call while on a camping trip with his family. While others wanted to replace my speakers, Kenny said to keep my factory JBLs and update the amp and subwoofer. He and Billy scheduled my time, were all prepared and had me in and out in 6 hours. I even added front and rear streaming cameras. The total install on my 25 Tacoma was top notch. Everything looks custom. Kenny has my highest recommendation. And even though it was a two hour drive, I'LL BE BACK. Thanks Kenny and Billy!
