Since his team did such a great job, I had them come back for the other 4. They were able to do 2 in one day and the other 4 in another day. This team is very professional, very efficient, and very knowledgeable, even our next door neighbors were impressed by their skills. I was working from home both days and I was not interrupted. Miguel responds quickly at any hours of the day so it was easy to coordinate with him. As a busy parent, I appreciated that. It seems like he knows the area very well and has experience with home insurance as well so he was able to advice us what to do with the trees. I messaged him and asked if he was on his way, and according to his Read Receipts he read the message and ignored it. I messaged him again and he ignored it. I called his phone and he sent it to voicemail. All this to say, Francisco wasted my time. I understand he may have a lot of other work that takes a lot of his time, but so do I and I don't have time to waste for someone who won't even give me the courtesy of a phone call to explain why they may be late to a job.
