Francisco answered the first call I made to request a quote. I was told to send photos of the trees I wanted trimmed, which I did promptly. He told me I would receive a call right back when he received the photos and provide a quote. He never called back. I messaged him the following day asking if he was still interested and he promptly called me, giving me a quote. He offered two different times he would be available for my work and our appointment was scheduled. The day of our appointment, Francisco was a No-Call/No-Show. I messaged him and asked if he was on his way, and according to his Read Receipts he read the message and ignored it. I messaged him again and he ignored it. I called his phone and he sent it to voicemail. All this to say, Francisco wasted my time. I understand he may have a lot of other work that takes a lot of his time, but so do I and I don't have time to waste for someone who won't even give me the courtesy of a phone call to explain why they may be late to a job. Francisco is unprofessional and unreliable. Definitely not worth 1 star. Move on to the next company. read more

I had a weird request and they were able to handle it without any issues. I wanted paperwork documenting the type of trees in my yard so I could protect them and possibly attach a monetary value to them for a pending lawsuit (neighbor keeps trespassing and damaging my trees). They were able to identify the types of trees I had, the health and secure location of them, and provide me with the documentation needed to protect my yard. The tech informed me that he usually does reports stating when a tree is diseased and needs to be removed so it was nice & different doing a report for healthy trees. I would recommend D and N for removing any large tree. They removed a giant stone pine that was growing too close to the house. The workers worked very hard and got it done in two days. Francisco made a "table and chairs" arrangement with the giant stump that we really like.(see pictures) There were some communication problems with Francisco, which is why I am giving 4 and not 5 stars. I needed to have my flower bed (3'x55') stripped of weeds, leveled, add weed barrier, mulch, and add a couple new trees. I contacted Francisco and he got in touch with me right away. He was able to come out the same day and give me an estimate for the work to be done. They showed up when promised. Did an excellent job topping my 10 Italian cypress in the front yard and a great job topping two very tall and large eucalyptus trees and pruning back a lemon tree that had gotten a little too thick. They removed all limbs and cuttings raked up all the fallen eucalyptus branches and deposited the mulch along the tree line to help keep the weeds at bay.
