You will not be able to submit any records of your treatment to your insurance company because they will not give you any. They will charge you hundreds and hundreds if not thousands of dollars for a couple of hours of "treatment" and then refuse to give you any record of it. When your insurance company states that your treatment would indeed be covered if a patient submits records, this outfit upon insistence will send you only an "encrypted" message that supposedly contains the records, however you will be unable to open the message DESPITE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS and will thus have no idea what it says. This is clearly an attempt to obscure whatever so-called "treatment" was rendered and is nothing but a cover-their-asses tactic. I have never encountered such disgraceful, appalling, shameful business ethics or a more hateful business operation in my many decades of life. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

While we did receive excellent care from Dr. Carmack we regret that she is no longer at this practice. I spoke with a dietitian who previously was connected to IHM and she says the whole place is different now than it used to be. This is because they now are accepting insurance and the insurance companies control now. She left IHM as well. This is sad to hear because even though we ended up with a huge debt from the treatment we received here because the insurance would not cover it, it was the most effective. In the end I guess the dollar won out and a highly effective practice was squashed by the controlling insurance company.

I had ordered a prescription and had evidence of it on the app on my phone. The attendant looked at me several times as though I were from a different planet. She clearly thought I was out of my mind...even though I had called in my prescription and received confirmation via email and text. My wife asked the pharmacist for assistance on over-the-counter medication for one of her children. The pharmacist had a suggestion and gave us a general description as to where this item might be in the store. We had a stocking clerk helping us for quite a few minutes and found nothing. Finally, the pharmacist came out and it took her all of 15 seconds to find the item. Hope this place returns to the great customer service we started going there for in the first place.

I proceeded to press the call button. The lady then opened up the curtain, picked up her phone and told me they were closed for a meal break. To which I responded that I'd just driven twenty minutes to get there and reminded her that it was not yet 1:30, not time to close. With a blank stare she replied "no sir it's not quite 1:30 but it will be soon" hung up her phone and shut the curtain in my face for the second time. By far the rudest I've ever been treated by anyone in any business. I typically avoid this pharmacy because they rarely ever get my prescriptions filled within 48 hours of the dr sending them in. Even when I'm notified that they are ready for pickup I have waited in the drive thru (unable to get out of line) for over an hour and 15 minutes. I've had prescriptions come up with "delayed pharmacist reviewing prescription" for a week with no one ever contacting me to inform me of the problem or doing anything about it. I will never do business here again and suggest anyone who expects prompt quality service to seek it elsewhere as this location has let me down every single time. According to my health insurance, the amount I owed was only about 1/5 of what I was charged. I was told by the billing office that Trinity Mother Frances has a policy to keep this extra money and distribute it to other parts of their health care system until all bills are paid. Even if you are current paying the other bills they keep the money until all bills are paid. According to them, this could take 3-6 weeks, and then they will mail me a check. I cancelled my second appointment. I recommend never using TMF healthcare services due to this policy.

I was suffering from horrible flu like symptoms because of the infection spreading as well as my dental issues and swelling in my face. I was seen by a Doctor quickly and the care I received was excellent. It's an ER not a dentist office but I didn't know what else to do. The help they gave me made all the difference in the world. The office staff treated me fairly and was polite.
