I was assured they'd have the same clones in the next time I ordered. The second order (500 clones) they didn't have the clones I had wanted (even though I was assured those would be in stock...), still though, clones were healthy and well rooted from the same breeder. Third order, trouble strikes! Ordered 1400 clones, "its going to take 4 weeks", ok that's fine I think to myself... 3 weeks later I call to check in "We only have 1200", starting to get a bad feeling about this... The week they are to be delivered "Hey we only have 950, and can we deliver them early?".... The clones arrive, and sure enough it gets even worse when 100 of the 984 (less than 3/4 of what I ordered) weren't hardened off and die in the cubes in the first 2 days. The customer service also went very downhill during all the different orders, "Alex" who handled my first 2 orders left the company and it seems to have all fell apart after that, these people might as well be craigslist garbage clone sellers at this point. And to top it all off, instead of the 1400 Tropicana Banana I ordered 4 weeks in advance, I got some random OG strain...

Alejandra had assured me that the products she recommended would be to my liking. Thank you Alejandra! And lastly Hailey. I was a regular at this place and I usually had an ok experience. My most recent visit was anything…read morebut pleasant and very inconvenient. They had a limited selection so I settled for what was available. The girl working at the time proceeds to charge my card. I watch the card reader say "Approved" as it prints a receipt. She then tells me the transaction is pending and didn't clear. She recommends I go to the atm to get cash and essentially pay twice. I show her on my banking app that it appears to have a pending charge. She says a pending charge may not clear. I didn't want to pay twice because they have a pos system that doesn't function properly. I left with a pending charge and no goods. The charge did post and clear 2 business days later and I returned to Hierba to rectify the matter. I was met by someone appearing to be a manager and he wasn't very helpful or eager to straighten out the issue. Basically he tried to gaslight me into thinking this was a fraudulent charge from the legitimate eatery next door whom I've never had an issue with. He refused to compensate or reimburse me for their mistake! Instead he wanted me to spend more money. Beware when shopping here, very shady business practices and lack luster customer service. There are several places with better products and pricing. Needless to say I will no longer spend or recommend "Hierba" or their sister store "Puff" moving forward.
