THEY LIED AND SAID THAT THEY DID HAVE THEM. THEY DID NOT 2) They put the same glue that you put on hair extensions to make wigs on your eyes. I recognize that smell and glue anywhere. 3) The GLUE BURNS 4) I attempted to stop them when they were working on my left eye. I asked them to remove it but they said they couldn't otherwise it would rip my lashes out because it was dry. (And because I didn't want to walk around with lashes half done at the mall I let them do my right eye). After walking around the mall my eye continued to burn and my eyes were starting to get red. I was in on of the dressing rooms in the stores i say that the lashes were CLUSTERS AND WAS CLUMPED UP AND HAD GAPS. I went back to ask them to remove it again. They said they couldn't but offered to give me a fill in to make it equal and even. OBVIOUSLY I SAID NO. MY EYES ARE HURTING. I asked how I could remove it. They said to just wash with soap and water. I asked for a refund and the woman said no because she said "I need to be able to eat too." I looked at her and the other woman and left. I immediately went to the bathroom and removed it.

To top it all off, they actually put mascara on my lashes at the end--clearly trying to cover up how badly they had botched the job. It was obvious they had no idea what they were doing and just wanted to make it look better instead of actually fixing the problem. When I called to address my concerns, they refused to take any responsibility. Instead, they blamed my lashes, saying it was just "the way they were" (which is ridiculous) and didn't offer a refund. The lack of customer care and basic hygiene here is shocking. The only thing they seem to do well is threading. But when it comes to lashes (and probably any other service they offer), they have no business attempting it. Do yourself a favor--go somewhere safe, clean, and professional.
