Ashley is personable, fun, and never makes you feel weird (even when you are standing there with nothing on!) She makes the experience easy and is very professional. she customizes your tan by applying it herself with what I can best describe as a giant airbrush. She contours your body and makes sure it is perfect, and even dries you herself. her instructions for upkeep are clear and my tan always lasts at least a week, if not more. I can not recommend Ashley highly enough, and er prices really beat out those other chains who don't have such a personal and customized experience. I get tans for events generally, but since going to Ashely I got them more often just because it was worth it and the price was low enough to where I could do that just to help me feel better about the skin I am in!

However, booking became harder because of lack of employees then cancelled day before because they let go of a waxer mid week. I was just notified that this location is closing and my $150 from the package will not be refunded. Of course it will be a credit to their products that I don't use or other locations (closest is Lexington). The owner would not refund me my money when I spoke to her and honestly she was not very kind. She said others were very happy to get products but I have products and do not wish to use my $150 on that. This was a service I put money into and will never see. So now I have a credit for something I sadly won't get to use and out $150. She said something like if this location reopens... not sure if that will happen but if it does, I will never trust them and neither should you. Really disappointed.
