The first thing he did was thank me for sharing my experience. Although the review was not positive, he took the time to listen to my concerns, apologize, and explain how he wanted to make things right. Demi told me that whether I chose to use his shop or not, I was still a customer, and customer service is the foundation of his business. He acknowledged that my experience did not reflect the standards he expects from his team and assured me that he wanted the opportunity to demonstrate the level of service his shop is known for. Based on our conversation, I scheduled an appointment for this Saturday and had the windows on my 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser tinted. I am pleased to say that his staff turned his words into action. Don't recommend this place. First had an appointment at 9:30am on a Saturday, but there was no one…read moreat the shop and no one was answering the phone. Around 10am the shop was opened and I was informed that my car may not be finished due to short staffing which is 100% okay. I left and was expecting a call waiting 4 hours as I was quoted online that the car would be finished in 2-3 hours. 4pm comes around and still no call, so I tried calling a few times and was not able to get ahold of anyone. I ended up heading over a little past 5pm to check the status and the tinter confirmed that the car couldn't be finished and I would receive a text message confirming when to bring the car back to be finished. No text came and no appointment was made. Outside of the car under the windows and inside was left dirty with the solution they use. Also this is a brand new car and there was a cut in the door leather that I know for a fact was not there prior to bringing it in. Almost every window that was worked on had debris under the tint and jagged edges. Since then I've left voicemails and an email trying to resolve this as I don't feel comfortable with them finished the rest of the car. I'd rather have all the Tint removed and a refund.
