The store is massive too. I just wish that they had dressing rooms to try on costumes..I feel so weird trying on costumes over my clothes in the middle of the aisle, trying to see how it looks through my selfie cam on my phone. The parking lot fills up pretty quickly, so definitely get here early if you want a spot nearby for the Spookshow events.

My kid purchased an astronaut costume here, including the helmet. The box the helmet was in was defective and we realized when we got home the helmet had a scratch. Today we went to 9018 to exchange the costume for a different color and size. HUGE MISTAKE!!!! The girl at the front counter didn't know how to do exchanges so we had to wait around 20 minutes for someone who did. When he finally got there he said we could not exchange the helmet because the box was damaged. I explained to him we had bought it already damaged from the other store and he refused the exchange Clearly Spirit of Halloween does not adhere to not taking damaged items back too strictly, if not they wouldn't have sold us the damaged one to begin with. Never again will I shop here, I hope you train your people better and offer some customer service classes. They made me late for an appointment, tomorrow is the last day to exchange and I will be at work so I can't exchange it anymore. Horrible!!!!

I had my phone out and ready with the barcode ready to scan and she tells me that she needs to see my ID. I was carrying my baby back and forth only for her to NOT NEED MY ID, she handed my baby's costume, and then to tells me "next time go to customer service" very rudely . BUT that was customer service. I was THE ONLY Black African American in the store and she gave me very poor service and a very hard time while carrying a baby. AFTER I SPENT MY HARD EARNED MONEY..
