Short Version: This shop is so good, it actually made me want to do my first yelp review ever! David at Exclusive Window Tinting does the best work you will ever find. Don't even think about going anywhere else if you want a quality window tint or PPF job done, you will regret going anywhere else. Long Version: Having owned more than 30 cars, and having had almost every single one of them tinted by 10 + different shops everywhere in between beginning from Boston and NY, all the way down to Miami. I have a pretty good idea of what quality window tinting is, or so I thought......Until I came across David at Exclusive Window Tinting. David and his shop, completely blew my mind when I saw his work and changed my perspective about what quality work actually is. He is just on a whole different level. What started off as me planning to just tint the side windows on 1 car, ended up with me getting 3 of my cars tinted along with paint protection film ( PPF ) installation instead! 1st car, all windows along with windshield, 2nd car I bought with windows that had film that was cheap and turning purple, so David had to remove the old film and re-tint the windows plus I added tint on the windshield. Along with the window, David had to also remove the old dried up vinyl wrap that was cracking and peeling, and instal Paint Protection Film PPF on the car instead, and the 3rd car was an SUV that got front windows done to match the rear. As soon as I witnessed how great the first car came out, I knew right away I had to bring my other cars to David simply due to the exceptional quality of work, competitive pricing that beats out other shops, and incredible attention to detail that surpasses anything I ever seen before! Up next ....David will be doing residential glass tinting on my house! I made an appointment late at night on a Thursday, and by Friday morning the next day, they were already able to schedule me in. Incredibly efficient and responsive with their customer service, along with being quick, friendly, very pleasant and easy to work with. They never try to sell you on anything you don't want, instead, along with having a huge selection of different film in different shades, they will provide you with the best advice that's suited for each car based on each individual situations needs, and professionally guide you through the whole job, showing you how everything was done along the way, to make sure you are 100% satisfied and got everything you were looking for and more. Every choice is yours, without any pressure from them, which is quite the relief compared to always getting hassled by other places to do one thing or the other. Exclusive Window Tinting is hands down the best window tinting shop on Staten Island. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, efficient, and customer-focused. Scheduling online was simple and streamlined, and the $50 deposit system made securing an appointment quick and hassle-free. When I arrived, I was immediately impressed by how clean and organized the facility was. The waiting area is comfortable, with plenty of seating and televisions to relax and enjoy while your vehicle is being worked on. What truly sets this shop apart is their attention to detail and craftsmanship. The team is professional, respectful, and takes tremendous pride in their work. They treated my vehicle as if it were their own. The quality of the materials is second to none. They use Autobahn Nano Ceramic i3+ film, which is among the best window tint products available. The finished product exceeded my expectations in every way. 5 starts isn't enough for these guys. Almost immediately after I requested a quote from their website, someone reached out to me via text. David was very informative and slowly walked me through the process of accepting the quote and scheduling an appointment for tint installation. Upon arrival Jun, greeted and welcomed me into the shop. Very well lit, everything was laid out perfectly. All of the samples were bolted to the wall, PERFECTLY set up. Jun then started to show me the differences in the shades and the levels of heat rejection. They have a heat lamp and meter to show you the difference in levels. Once I made my choices, Jun directed me to their waiting area which is very spacious with comfortable chairs or couches (couches recline!). Entire process was around 3 hours. After the installation was complete. Jun handed me a warranty card with lots of useful information on it, such as maintenance info, how long the cure process will take, when it would be ok to mount my dash cam and ezpass. Both Jun and David were highly focused and attentive to detail during the installation, yet friendly and chatted with me at the same time. Highly recommend these guys! Made my second appointment with David today, explained everything to me in detail again and gave me all of my options. Didn't push me. So friendly!! Got my tinted window exemption and we did all my windows 5%. Gave me option for the front windows that he did prior in ceramic, used some equations and came up with just the right formula to make all my windows uniform. Did my windshield strip and it came out great!! Laminated all of the window documents so they never get ruined..Super happy, Great prices and superb customer service!!!
