My car was broken into TODAY and I was able to get fast and professional care from Crystal Auto Glass. I called at 12pm and was told that my window was in stock. I drove all the way from Brooklyn, no one had my glass in stock and I needed same day servic. I finally got there and I was greeted by smiles and friendly faces. Everyone was helpful and reassuring, the entire install took around an hour and the price was cheaper than any quote I got in Brooklyn a $40 difference with this type of service is incredible. This place totally disappointed me. They were recommended by someone close to me who always recommends this business to his close family and friends. Someone shot a BB gun through my boyfriends rear view window. I went to Crystal for repair. After a few days of awful communication, it was installed for a discounted price (due to the relationship). Less than 2 months later, the glass shatters, which I was in the car to witness. Nothing hit it, there was no point of impact. It was poorly installed. When called, they insisted it had to be something which I was there to witness it was not. We were at a red light. Another glass repair establishment confirmed.There was a child in the car in which the glass shattered on. When called we were quoted double what was paid the first time. This place is a total scam, I had to get a simple window motor repair done so I figured I go to this place being that I had to do some shopping in the area. I knew what was wrong, and all I needed was a new window motor and that's it. So I acted as if i didn't know how that business worked and I also acted like I knew nothing about cars. So I watched him take out my motor and paint it black and put it back, and it only worked for a day. I went back screaming and he said he would never do such a thing. Stay away. read more

I waited 2 hours for my driver's side window to be fixed. The window was not broken, just stuck in the door and off the track. I watched 3 men rip off my panel door, jiggle the window out, use pliers to bend long flat pieces of metal in my door, and slip the window back in. They punched the panel back into the door, breaking all but 2 plastic pins meant to hold the panel up. I had to return to this place 3 times because my window would jam over and over again. I have a 15 year old German car that doesn't need to be roughed up. I spend enough maintaining it. These unprofessional people broke the driver's side speaker located on the door. The piece kept falling out. They finally glued it with black glue. This is one of the worst places I've ever been to. The female owner argued with some guy the whole time I was there. It was a personal issue that she didn't keep out of her establishment. If you drive a piece of crap, go to this auto glass shop. If you have an expensive car, don't bother. They don't know how to handle luxury cars. These ruffians caused me more problems. read more

So disappointed in this place , from one of the best, to the worst glass repair shops . Had my Qx 50 front windshield cracked , has all sensors except heads up display one . She ordered my windshield got it the next day and installed it. Cost $475 ! Only problem was it was the wrong windshield nothing worked from my sensors lights rain sensor emergency Stopping etc !!!! One week 2 weeks 4 weeks went by still can't fix my problem! Called. Some one else problems solved in 2 days after ! They come to you to or you go to the shop ! I've gone to crystal Auto Glass plenty of times every experience was great, I first got my rear windshield replaced. I went in with a shattered windshield, the vacuumed the whole car to remove the glass and replaced it successfully with no leaks. They have me a great price and got the work done in one day. I returned a couple months later with a leaking sunroof, Hyundai charged me $2,000 and still could not fix the leak, Lori the owner is a very honest and knowledgeable owner. She knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the leak for $150. I will continue to send people to crystal Auto Glass because of their honest and great work read more

Terrible customer service. Dishonest. I had a crack in my windshield and it's fully covered by Geico. I called and spoke to Lori and she said that our car was too new to get the glass, that only the dealer could get the glass, but that Crystal Auto Glass doesn't like to get the glass from dealers. So I questioned her and she said they would do it but it's not what they usually do. She said they'll get the information from Geico and call me back. A week goes by and no call. I call them up and the man I spoke to Louis, immediately says 'it's not gonna happen'. When I asked what that means, he just simply said it's not gonna happen, again. He was very rude. He said call back and speak to Lori. I call Geico and find out Lori and her team never contacted Geico. Instead of just having the guts to say sorry, we don't get the glass from the dealers and we'll have to turn down the work, Lori just yessed me off and now the crack has gotten way worse because I've been waiting for this process to start and she never intended for it to. If I could give no stars, I would. My experience with Crystal Auto Glass was horrible. I needed a side view mirror for my leased 2021 Honda Accord and I called to see if they were able to provide that service. They told me they just had to order the part and they would be able to install it. A few days passed, I called to check on the status of the mirror and they didn't have the part in yet. The following day they called and said the part was in. Ok great, I set up a time to get it installed before leaving my house (I live in Jersey) and Christina tells me the installer isn't there today. She told me she'll call me when to come in. Not soon after she says to come in. I go to the facility and have the mirror installed. After leaving I notice the mirror is cut very sharply like kindergartner cutting paper. It was awful. I contacted her and told her I was unhappy with the job. She admitted the part didn't get shipped in and they just cut the mirror themselves. She said the part was on back order so I called Honda to see if they had the part, which they did. I called her back and told her Honda has the part, she then asked for my VIN number and said she'll order the part and install it without charging me anything extra. A week went by I didn't hear anything from her. I called back and and she hadn't ordered the part she asked for my VIN number again! I asked to speak with the owner, she said she would pass along my info. I never got a call. This is a month of going back and forth. I was done. I called and told them how terrible their service has been and called my bank to get my payment back. I would never deal with them again and I would caution you before doing business with them. We had a terrible experience. First instead of deposit they took the full price, second they promised us that it would take about 1 hour to replace the windshield on my car but instead they took 8 hours because they ordered the wrong windshield that wouldn't fit my car.Third the rubber pieces around the windshield were sticking out when they should be against the car.Fourth I had to walk there twice so see what was going on with my car because they never called me to tell me what was happening. Had a windshield replaced here for only $125 brand new. No leaks, perfect installation and done in an hour. A year later and no problems.

These people are terrible. If you have a piece of garbage car I guess let them do the work. If you have a nice car don't let them touch it. I got my car back with scratches all around the windshield and the fabric in the interior of the window was torn. Lori stated she would take care of it then realized that it was going to be too costly so she then changed her story to we didn't damage your car. I would avoid this business by all means. I regret going here. I have a warranty for my car which covered the job that I needed done. All the warranty company asks for is that the establishment I choose pre authorizes the repair. Simple? Not for the owner Lori. She is rude, unprofessional, and just interested in taking your cash. After begging her to preauthorize on separate occasions, I finally put her on my cell phone with my company and did most of the work for her. She then told my warranty company that she already finished the job, which they had not, so that I would get screwed out of my warranty reimbursement.
