I probably could have googled my answers because they're probably fairly simple, so why bother an attorney? Welp. Because if I Google wrong, it's gonna cost me money, up to and including my freedom, if I Google wrong. It's worth a phone call vs. not sleeping at night. I had a quick conversation with Darrin. He diagnosed my dynamics and was able to deliver me the good news about my situation within a minute. We all like to hear good news , but unless you're confident in the messenger, can you really enjoy it? If you are on the fence as to "Do I really need to bother an attorney or should I wing it?" At least receive a qualified, truthful, answer. Darrin is the guy. I trust his advice above all else and tonight I'll sleep well, not 'hoping' I'm correct, but KNOWING it.
