Great experience. I responded to one of 5-Star's ads and was contacted by Amy Holloway. We spoke on the phone about the job at length and I was impressed with her professionalism and honesty. Not only have I applied to this position THROUGH 5-Star in the last 2-3 weeks, but also received no other leads or assistance through 5-star. Charmain was my "recruiter" but even after many phone calls and emails, the only lead she got me was for UMA, which I had an internal employee referral for so I would have gotten that interview anyway. It ended up not being a good fit but no one at 5Star let me know even when I asked them to call me if someone got an answer about how my interview went. I'll be posting reviews about this and the specific agent I worked with as well as speaking with someone more important than the recruiters about the absolute zero assistance that 5-Star was. Shame on you for dodging people who are looking to you for help finding employment. read more
