So I listened on the phone today (9/7/2016) while these two recruiters behind my back called me a BITC&^ and talked about how they wanted to harm me! Jo was phenomenal. Her communication, professionalism, work ethic, & kindness (especially toward my elderly mother @ Rosecastle) went well beyond what the average person exhibits. Jo went to my mother for signatures because my mother could not go to her. She also kept my out-of-state sister in the loop at all times. Her phone communications w/ me were thorough, yet friendly.
