They lost my suit, gave me a proxy suit back, when I finally realized it they blamed me, called me stupid in several ways from I didn't know my own suit to you brought in someone else's suit (and you don't even know, you idiot). They told me the owner would call several times. They told me the owner would call by noon. I was never called. They told me the owner would be back after 1 and 30 seconds later told me I just missed the owner. I didn't even bother to ask why the owner had not called me if the owner was just there. I asked for the proxy suit back, they asked "Why do you want it if it's not yours". Because I'm not going to let them do this again to someone else. I should have asked, "Why do you want it if it's not yours?" I asked for the cleaning fee back because it's not my suit (and I should not be charged and suit less), they balked. I took the suit and left without a refund. These people are careless, rude, and inconsiderate. They assured me they had contacted another customer to see if he had received the wrong suit and he said he had not. Why, to them, he's right and I am wrong boggles my mind. got a number of suits cleaned here. and my mother's beloved winter coat (that she's had for 30 years that had some water damage on the sleeves near the wrist) but they didn't get it cleaned out..they said the man cleaning it would call me whether they could get it out or not but i never got a call.. my visit was just average.. read more

I started using Executive Clothing Care in mid November 2016. I am very pleased with their customer service and turnaround. I drop off about 7am and ready after 4. Only day same day not possible is Thursday. Find them very accommodating. Good work quality. Guy is very nice. read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This was the worst experience I ever encountered. Dry Cleaner did sewing work on clothes without my permission. Also, there was "no proof" that work was done and I was "charged". The owner claims that I was called and provided authorization. However, there is no proof or no documentation in his notes on my account. Owner failed to reimburse and got offended that I brought up the issue. Needless to say, it did not end well. Owner raises his tone after I take all my clothes away and promised to bring them to another Dry Cleaner. He then gets upset over the reimbursement the gets more upset when I said that I was going to write a negative review. I defended myself from his negative words and tone but he showed terrible customer service. Most business owners would reimburse you for unauthorized work. In this case, I should have been reimbursed for the "unauthorized phantom work". The owner handled himself like an unprofessional and uncourteous child. I will not be patronizing this place again. I encourage people to take your business to a dry cleaner who has customer service skills, people skills and knows how to treat the very people who "was" supporting the business.
