Reliable, Friendly, and Personable! I have used this neighborhood dry cleaners for over 15 years. Has it been perfect and never goofed? No, but they stand by their service and I rarely have an issue, and if I have any special items which require unique attention, we talk about the treatment plan kind of like any other service provider I am committed to. This is a family business and I've watched their sons grow up working there. I generally have shirts, suit, or an occasional sock laundered if I'm not careful. I came from Michigan to a convention and messed all my luggage by putting. An open hairspray can in the luggage. Imagine Friday afternoon, before Labor Day weekend, rushing to find a place who would help me. On a 10-mile radius, no one wanted to help. These guys at the dry cleaners said bring it over to take a look and see if we can help you. I rushed there and they gave me little hope due to timing and seriousness of the damage. But said they will try. Well, next day around noon (Saturday before Labor Day) they called me and said they have them ready (7 dresses). I picked them up and to my amazing joy, they were so well done and so professional. Unbelievable! I cried of happiness for having been saved from embarrassment as the purpose for coming to Georgia was a convention with 4 programs. I am amazed by the job they did. And mind you, a fraction of the price that I used to pay in Michigan for my dry cleaning of my dresses. Kudos to these guys. Amazing dry cleaning place. Thank you! read more

I am convinced that the guy working here has super memory power. I am not a regular customer, because i rarely need dry cleaning. Been going to this cleaners for a few years off and on. Its overpriced for the area but for the convenience of being near the house I drop items off here from time to time. Everything has always gone pretty well, until my recent pick up. A pair of pants I dropped off with paint were returned to me in basically the exact same condition in which I dropped them off. I understood there was a possibility that the would not be able to remove the paint but generally when cleaners are unable to remove a stain they notify you before charging you or placing the item in your car. Unfortunately since it was raining I didn't check the pieces until I got home. Wasn't upset about the paint not being removed as much as them not informing me before charging me and placing the items in my car, again my fault for not checking. I went back to the store to inform the owner that they should have not charged me without informing me the item was in the same condition as when I dropped it off. That is just a basic courtesy I have always been afforded at any other professional cleaners. Rather than apologizing and trying to rectify the situation, the little guy that takes the tickets starts talking over me and getting irate accusing me of wanting something for free....really? He became furious and interrupted every sentence I tried to complete. "What do you want me to do, try to clean it 20 more times, I already didn't make any money off it as it is! I'm not a large corporation I'm a small business and I cant do business for free!" Well, I am also a small business owner and would NEVER speak to a customer in the manner he spoke to me. There were no customers around so it wasn't as if I was trying to publicly disparage his business or even ask for a refund, but he just refused to hear anything I had to say. I asked for the items I just dropped off when I picked up to be returned and told him I would take my business elsewhere, he yells "its all good we'll still be here". Very classy. Listen, take my word for it, this place only has one yelp review and its likely from a family member or friend of the business. No one in my neighborhood uses this cleaners and I understand why. It may start off like a pleasant experience, but if you have an issue or customer complaint, good luck. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! If you value your clothing, do not patronize this business. They damaged a buckle on a very expensive suit and it took them a month to replace it with a very cheap buckle. Against my better judgement, I gave them another chance and they damaged a 100% cashmere sweater. Burnt holes in my sweater. $129 sweater gone! The owner was very rude, kept over talking me. He refused to reimburse me even after his wife told him that I've spent a lot of money at their business. I am very disappointed that we have these type of businesses in our community.
