He explained things clearly and actually saved me money by informing parts I thought needed to be replaced were actually fixable. No bait and switch, no upselling. The work began on time and was completed within the promised time frame. The work was excellent. I will be using him again.

Gave cash upfront for kitchen cabinets that were available for pick up any day during business…read morehours (aways in stock per cabinet manufacturer).Was told they would be installed December 6th. The lower cabinets minus 2 were installed December 17th. Was lied to for three months about the status of the cabinets. Brad told me two were damaged in shipping when actually he picks them up from the manufacturer's warehouse himself via truck and trailer. 3 months later he installs the remaining cabinets (February 21st) in a different color than what was ordered and what was already installed. He blames this on the cabinet manufacturer also but he installed them in my kitchen himself unable to notice the color difference until it was pointed out to him. Did finally return to install the correct color of cabinets on March 4th but doesn't think a discount is necessary for me waiting over 3 months and not even finishing the job properly. Cabinet doors do not align , one doesn't close, one closes the opposite way than the upper cabinet, there is missing color/stain on one cabinet drawers. Definitely do not recommend using this company if you want anything done in a timely manner or if you want an honest contractor.
