The buffet style meal was plentiful and delicious. The line for this meal seemed to flow without hiccups. It seemed Venus was in charge of this department. (she works front desk) Job well done I saw Chris (operations manager) running around and making sure things were in place, like extension cords, to make this event happen.. The silent auctions consist of paintings, trip to Mexico, etc... They also had candles for sale. Not sure up this point how this turned out. Augustine, the owner, greeted everyone, making it such a warm welcoming environment. It was nice to see people involved in aviation and being able to meet them first hand. Can't wait till next party hosted by Augustine !!

As…read morean international student, I arrived here in March 2024 with the goal of earning my Private Pilot License (PPL), Instrument Rating (IR), and Commercial Pilot License (CPL) in a short amount of time. To my amazement, AIAA not only helped me achieve this goal, but they exceeded all my expectations, completing everything in less than 8 months! From day one, the entire experience at AIAA has been nothing short of exceptional. The academy has a highly structured and well-thought-out training program that truly focuses on the success of its students. The pace and intensity of the training were perfect, and the support I received from the instructors made all the difference. The flight instructors at AIAA are some of the most experienced and dedicated professionals I have ever met. They are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also extremely patient and supportive. Every single instructor I worked with was genuinely committed to my success and always went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the material and was prepared for every flight. They tailored their teaching to my personal learning style, which helped me grasp complex concepts quickly and with confidence. The quality of the aircraft fleet at AIAA is impressive as well. The planes are well-maintained, modern, and comfortable, which added to the overall positive experience. It's clear that the academy prioritizes safety and reliability, which is absolutely crucial in flight training. What I truly appreciate about AIAA is their commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. As an international student, I initially felt some apprehension about adjusting to a new country and a new educational system. However, the entire staff at AIAA was incredibly welcoming, and they made sure that I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The office staff were always available to assist with any administrative concerns, ensuring that my visa, documents, and other requirements were handled efficiently, which removed any potential stress from the process. Throughout my training, I was constantly encouraged to do my best, and I was given ample opportunities to build both my skills and my confidence as a pilot. The hands-on experience I gained during my time at AIAA was invaluable, and I felt fully prepared for each stage of my licensing journey. What also sets AIAA apart is the sense of community and camaraderie among the students. Everyone, from my fellow classmates to the instructors, was supportive and friendly. I was able to network with pilots from all over the world, which has enriched my experience and helped me learn about aviation from a global perspective. Thanks to the hard work, dedication, and expertise of the team at AIAA, I was able to achieve my aviation goals in record time, which I am incredibly grateful for. I can confidently say that the skills and knowledge I gained at AIAA have set me up for a successful future in aviation, and I would not hesitate to recommend this academy to anyone looking to pursue their flying dreams. In conclusion, Advanced International Aviation Academy has been an incredible part of my aviation journey. The training, the instructors, the facilities, and the overall environment have all contributed to making my experience truly memorable. If you're an aspiring pilot--especially an international student--looking for a world-class flight training academy, look no further than AIAA. You won't be disappointed! Thank you, AIAA, for everything. I'm proud to have completed my training with you, and I look forward to carrying the lessons and experiences I've gained into the future of my aviation career! Best regards, Alok Reddy Proud AIAA Graduate

The plane we were going to use was late getting in. The instructor did not show my son a brief preflight. Returned to the airport early. I met with Carter in person 3 weeks in advance of my first training lesson to check out the flight…read moreschool and express my needs as a student. When asked if his school was able to provide an Accelerated Multiengine Commercial Add-On in one week he said, "yes, we can get that done." Excitedly I purchased the training materials from his school, booked a hotel, and studied feverishly as I awaited the big day. First day of training. I wake up early, hop in the car, and drive 3.5 hours to the school. I show up and he is missing several documents I provided on my initial visit. Not overly professional, but I choose not to let it wreck the day--I let it slide. Next he tells me the airplane has a leaky sump and will be fixed momentarily. It's aviation and maintenance issues happen--I won't make a fuss over it. We make small talk and discuss aircraft systems for a while. 2 hours pass and we are losing daylight. I inquire whether or not we will fly that day, and whether we will accomplish the training in the promised timeframe. His answer disappointed me: Only after showing up for my first lesson did he tell me we'd be unable to schedule a checkride with for 4+ months due to DPE availability. I felt misled because 4+ months did not meet the "accelerated" timeframe that was promised over several phone calls and an in-person meeting. I expressed my displeasure and told him we had talked about this being a one-week program. He said he would call around to try to secure a sooner date, and would contact me the next day with an answer. I cancel the hotel, drive another 3.5 hours back home, and wait to hear from him. It's been several days and that call never came. I feel disappointed in the service I received. Had Carter communicated the proper expectations on the front end, and followed through with contacting me as he said he would, there would be no hard feelings. Instead I am left feeling as though I had been bamboozled. The only saving grace is I discovered this prior to dropping several thousand dollars on training expense. If you are looking for a flight school, I hope my experience can serve as a cautionary tale. From what little time I spent there, it appeared they are equipped to adequately provide training to introductory students, but if you are seeking advanced ratings in a specific timeframe I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The instructors are very knowledgeable and want you to succeed. They try their hardest to help you along the fast pace program. This program requires your full time and attention in order to get through it. There is an incredible amount of information that one needs to learn but the students and instructors are all there to help. I have flown with the lead flight instructor, Rob Belme, many times and only have good things to say about him. He has helped me in the air and on the ground. He has sat down with me many times in order to explain whatever I had questions about and never complained about doing so. He has an extensive knowledge about aviation and is able to simplify the information so it is easy to understand. He prioritizes safety over everything. Rob, along with the other instructors, want to help those in this program to succeed in making aviation a career. I would recommend this program to those who have the time and desire to become a professional pilot.

If you want to earn your wings and become a good pilot, look elsewhere. This is no flight school,…read morethis is a scam. I just got the invoice and they charge 75$ per flight to sign your logbook. That generously takes 5 minutes. Often they forget to do it or are so stacked up with poor scheduling they leave it for another day. That's 900$ an hour for activities that never took place! Such a scam! The planes here are unsafe by most standards, they are even rigged wrong. My first day here the mechanic told me he isn't provided a tensiononmeter so the planes don't fly true. They also have out of date electronics and no autopilot. Rob Belme the lead flight instructor here is a slob who trashed his students publicly to other students, he admits trashing students to FAA DPE's, he publicly states how proud he is to run off or wash out credit private students he also plays games in his phone while students are under the hood, not only is this dangerous but the hourly rate is $530. Management even admits his obvious bias but makes no effort to fix it. I've overheard Rob Belme trash female students specifically and gay students and when I reported that to ATP, they kicked me out. This guy holds meetings in the training center where he speaks of defacating on students cars, puting snuss pouches in their sodas to make them sick. I have never been in such an unprofessional and demented training environment. Please consider any other flight school. They will lie about their planes, their instructors, and their timelines. You will pay upfront, and you will regret it. And worse, their lead instructor brags about trashing his students to FAA so as to make sure they never become pilots. Consider yourself warned.
