He hires cheap companies for repairs who in my professional opinion do not do a good job. If you do not agree with him he can be vindictive, obnoxious, condescending, and confrontational. He clearly doesn't enjoy his line of work.

Horrible cheap paint can see a different color underneath the existing paint. Garbage in parking lot, unkept lawn,when we moved in we found hair in the shower drain, they didn't clean as promised. Nothing they have promised is delivered, broken old equipment in the gym, useless pool hrs, sauna closed.
