Please do not think that you are leaving your property in good hands with this so called management company. The owner is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Since he is basically playing monopoly with others peoples money and property. I am more than happy to assist anyone with their legal battle against them. Right about now the neglect that they have shown to the property I occupy is deplorable. Their accounting is questionable. The service is non existent. They result to insults and degradation of character when they are exposed for their misleading behavior. An audit needs to be done since they do so much work with the state and federal government. I started working with Marwan and his team five years ago and in that time, I have spoken and interacted with him dozens of times.
