Spoke with Apple support and escalated multiple times to no avail. Researches how to do the repair, its Advanced, like surgery for computers. Stumbled upon TCRS's repair strategy (they have the best repair option and explain why) online. I was fortunately en route to a music event in the LA area and coordinated to dropoff/pickup the Macbook over a weekend making it extremely convenient for me (versus shipping). Their online system provides details as to what was done and information on your mac. They treat your Mac like your car going to the dealership (hopefully you have a good one haha). Tim (believe that's who I dealt with) is easy to talk with, fast, courteous, and transparent. Also, he repairs medical devices so I think laptops are walks in the park for him.

In fact, when we inquired about the care and upkeep of the palm trees, we were told they needed no additional care other than our drip system that was already installed. When we brought up our concerns about our palm trees after 6 months, we were shrugged off and told that the warranty for the palm trees was only 30 days, even though we were told a year. They also stated that we should've been following maintenance tips (which we never received). We hate to write poor reviews but felt it was necessary for other future customers to know. We are so sad and disappointed it had to end this way with the company, as we initially left feeling great and taken care of. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case and we would find it hard to trust them again to do future landscaping. We hope this review helps prevent any miscommunication and better communication with customers moving forward.
