Spoke with Apple support and escalated multiple times to no avail. Researches how to do the repair, its Advanced, like surgery for computers. Stumbled upon TCRS's repair strategy (they have the best repair option and explain why) online. I was fortunately en route to a music event in the LA area and coordinated to dropoff/pickup the Macbook over a weekend making it extremely convenient for me (versus shipping). Their online system provides details as to what was done and information on your mac. They treat your Mac like your car going to the dealership (hopefully you have a good one haha). Tim (believe that's who I dealt with) is easy to talk with, fast, courteous, and transparent. Also, he repairs medical devices so I think laptops are walks in the park for him.

It began peeling, there were areas where the paint underneath was visible due to damage, my door handles were left loose, multiple interior door panels were loose, and after getting my vehicle back, my rear windows no longer worked. What disappointed me the most wasn't just the quality of the workmanship--it was how the situation was handled afterward. I reached out to address my concerns, but the owner never personally called or texted me to discuss the issues or work toward a resolution. Because of that, I no longer felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care. I requested a refund so I could have the wrap professionally removed and redone elsewhere, but my request was denied. This wrap was supposed to be the first step in a complete build for my car, but instead it delayed my entire project and left me dealing with problems that should never have existed on a one-week-old wrap. I also noticed that the business card I received appeared to have an incorrect or outdated address listed, so I would recommend verifying the business information before visiting. I'm sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision. The price was a bit more than other quotes we received, but the quality and professionalism or JNR was outstanding and totally worth it. All the other turf installers gave us a wait time of 6 months! JNR said it would take about 4 weeks for installation, which was acceptable. Two weeks went by and we got a call from JNR asking if we would like to have the turf installed in 2 days! Needless to say we were very happy. When the crew came to our house, they were professional, friendly and courteous.
