Beware there is a lot of negative comments about this business, which is something I usually wouldn't do but my personal experience with Doris Perez was downright terrible. Every interaction I had with her or her staff was unnecessarily rude and I don't wish for anyone to get treated the way I did. I initially called in to get my birth certificate translated and wanted clarity on how my document would be processed, since this was my first time seeking translation services and I wanted to make sure my private documents would be in safe hands. First off, she was very impatient and short in our conversation. I'm not an expert in this field as I assume most people aren't or else we wouldn't need translator/interpreters businesses would we... but the way she treated me was extremely insulting. She seemed appalled that I didn't know the difference between a interpreter and a translator. But is that not her job to explain to me what services would fit my needs the best? In addition to that, her tone was condescending and impolite. Did I forget to mention that? It was not just this particular conversation that put me off, but I spoke to her 3-4 times and on all those occasions I felt like it was just the worst service I had ever received in my life. Which seems so underserving since I paid $75~ to get these documents translated. I probably would get better service at a MCDs in all honestly. I truly wished I could've taken my business elsewhere, but I was in a time sensitive situation and her business was the only location close enough to me. But if I could, I would have in a heartbeat. Despite all this, my documents did get translated and mailed to me. BUT if you're looking to get treated like a decent human being, please do not come here.

When the translators and interpreters request help from the accounting department its frustratingly difficult because they're not willing to cooperate. It cost about $20 more here than the place I was originally recommended. However, my fingerprints were rejected for not being done properly. Even though I paid out of pocket, I thought it would be fine because getting my prints redone for a service I already paid for would be a simple matter. I was wrong. I went in and showed them the fingerprint rejection form, which specifically states that the print were done improperly, and requested that they take them again. They wanted to charge me the full price again for the prints to be redone. My only other option was to pay again to have them done somewhere else, which is what I'm going to have to do now. On the 3rd month She gave me the opportunity to work on a bid by my self and I was awarded a 498,252.96 thousand dollar contract for the Department of motor vehicles Agreement Number 24-347 I worked with the company as a Spanish to English interpreter for approximately 12 months Prior. During that time, I performed my duties professionally and consistently. When I asked Selin C. for the contract and incentive he said "I dont ever remember telling you about an extra 800 dollars for awarded bids". I decided to step down from business development on 4.30.2025 and sent an apology letter to continue providing Interpretation services thanking them for the opportunity. I worked on May 1st , May 15th and May 22nd for the City of Fresno Council meeting . I didnt get a payment on the date expected and sent many emails requesting my payment since everyone else had already been payed, The coordinator finally told me I would receive payment at the end of the week. but I never received any update. Today is 5/15/2026 almost a year waiting for my payment. I didnt have money to pay my due rent, or buy food and I couldnt make my mortgage payment. Currently, I have been trying to contact the company through email, Phone calls, because I was a top performer and need for my work to be recognized and I deserve to receive payment for it. Since the CEO responded to emails saying all money owed has been payed in full. and Posted my apology letter on linkedin and told others on linkedin I was untrustworthy.
