I needed to transfer 3 properties from my name to my corporation and Rosemarie was recommended to me by my escrow officer. I called and she set up an appointment in her office immediately. She handled the process like a pro that she is at a very reasonable cost. After about a year later I had some issues with my title and I thought maybe she can help me or point me to the right direction. Autumn, her assistant was very helpful and later on I got a call from Rosemarie wondering if I needed more help. Now, keep in mind, they are helping a previous customer and this is not something common these days. Unlike other people I called before, they did not ask me to sign this and that and we will let you know the timing and cost. Autumn was doing research as she was on the phone and made everything very clear and pretty much gave me a piece of mind. I still got a call from Rosemarie to assure I am ok with my problem. We needed a contract to sell a piece of land we had and Rose did a great job. She give us several options for the contract. A complicated one and a simple one. And we went with the simple one. I had the document in 2 days and was able to make some minor changes myself because she provided me with the word version just for that purpose. I was able to make the minor changes myself, though she was happy to make them and then signed the docs and sent them to the seller. Very professional, quick and good.
