I have been coming here every month for almost 2 years. I started a membership, and it's the best investment for my skin. It's a relaxing and friendly environment for everyone! As soon as you come in, someone is there to greet you. In the waiting area, they have plenty of comfortable seating, refreshing water and mint you can help yourself to, and soft and tranquil music to enjoy while you wait for your appointment. Pro tip: I'm a high school teacher, so I set my appointments in the evening that way I can shower before my appointment and head home after and then sleep. Nothing feels better than a fresh facial before bedtime! Facials: I have the custom facial membership but every other month or so, I'll upgrade to the next tier, depending what my facialist recommends. All the estheticians are knowledgeable, so you can't go wrong. I tried Jackie for the first time today, and I'm going to book with her again because she seems to know more about my skin type. I've tried various facials, and they're all amazing. Whatever your concerns are, they have a mask, enzyme, ect. to help you. Wellness: for a small added monthly fee, you can add unlimited access to their wellness services. I've only tried the BallancerPro, but they have light therapy, sauna, sound healing, etc. The value is incredible! Flexibility: what I love is the flexibility. As a member, if I skip a monthly facial, I can gift it to someone or apply it for another month. I can also pause my membership without any fees. This is not the type of establishment that tries to upsell you with products and add ons to their service. They truly care about serving their clients with the best. I get compliments on my skin, especially when I tell them my age-47. Of course some of it is partly due to heath, diet, exercise, and genetics. But it would behoove me to acknowledge the help that Exhaal Wellness Spa has provided me with as I try my best to age gracefully. I came to this wellness spa because I had a gift card. The spa is a little far from me but I was excited to try it out. When I got there, the spa was calm, peaceful and beautiful. My facial was really nice and my esthetician was very sweet. I was recommended a pimple spot treatment product which I found to be a little pricey but bought it anyway. The front desk is always so kind and welcoming. I've probably seen every esthetician at this point and they never disappoint. The facials are so relaxing, my skin always looks and feels incredible after. I let the estheticians decide on what facial they think I need each month. I recently upgraded to the unlimited wellness membership and I've been having so much fun trying and combining all of those services. The Ballancer Pro is fantastic for lymphatic drainage it's really helped with my fluid retention. I love that they have a far infrared sauna and it's always super clean (the whole place is immaculate, but I especially notice it in the sauna!) I was skeptical about the sound beds but they surprisingly helped me relax and really calmed my nervous system, I love pairing the amethyst mat with red light therapy on my face, I usually end up falling asleep because that mat is so soothing on my muscles. Exhaal has seriously been one of the best investments I've made for myself, it's my go-to for self care (detoxing, relaxing, and recharging!)!The member savings make it even easier to treat myself consistently. I've been here for multiple services before, but my recent interaction with Kasey at the front desk was completely sour and I absolutely do not recommend this place now as a result. She was blatantly rude and completely unprofessional. I called to request a reschedule (for an appointment booked online earlier than morning) and make an exception to their four hour policy as it was booked less than the window, and her response was "I can't find anyone to fill your appointment" ...but less than 2 minutes later called back to share that "I got lucky, next time I WILL charge you" and she had allegedly found someone. I got lucky...? Well hallelujah, I guess Kasey. And the threat to charge me next time? Ma'am go charge your manners or something, my goodness. I was appalled at how rude someone could be at 9AM. Not only unacommodating, but highly unprofessional, immature, and honestly comical response. Luckily! There is a new business that just opened in that same shopping center that offers similar services and they're offering generous specials for their grand opening. I was initially going to Exhaal for a hydrafacial but found better pricing (and even better customer service) just a few doors down. Dodged a bullet by taking my service elsewhere, and highly recommend the same to all considering Exhaal. 10/10 do NOT recommend, as a result of this grouchy employee. My friend tried The Ballancer Pro, a compression therapy system that begins to rid the skin off waste buildup and become healthier, firmer and younger looking. She said it may have worked because at the end she ran to pee at lot, lol. I had a facial, The Custom Facial. It was awesome. My esthetician was Jade Wittchow. I love her, beautiful woman, smart, caring and professional. She is very knowledgeable and passionate on what she does.. she is a keeper! I'll be back to try other facials and services. Walking in I was kindly greeted by front desk who set the tone for an incredibly relaxing experience. I started with the VibroAcoustic Therapy that instantly relaxed me. I then had a facial with Miss Lisa, who was incredibly knowledgeable and gentle. After my facial I relaxed a bit more on the amethyst mat along with facial infrared therapy. When I moved to Vegas, my skin was not adjusting well.
