I booked a first-time-visitor facial special through their Facebook ad. Nothing in the ad mentioned a residency restriction. I paid a required $20 deposit to secure the appointment -- again, no mention of a Nevada residents-only restriction anywhere on the booking page. I received five separate text messages confirming my appointment and asking health questions. Not one of these mentioned the restriction either. The first and only time I was told the promotion was for Nevada residents only was in a text sent while I was already in the Uber on the way to my appointment. I'm not a Nevada resident, so I was turned away after paying for two Uber rides to get there and back. They did refund my $20 deposit, but that doesn't cover the cost of the wasted trip or the time. If a promotion has eligibility restrictions, that needs to be disclosed in the ad and at every point money changes hands -- not in a text message sent after the customer has already committed time and money to show up. This should be an easy fix on their end, and I hope they make it, but I can't recommend booking through their ad as it currently stands. read more

Came here for my 5 in 1 special facial and it was a great experience! My aesthetician was Claudia and she made me feel so comfortable. She was welcoming and informative. She gave a the best facial experience! My skin is feeling fresh and rejuvenated! My sales person/ first person I spoke with first on the other hand had me feeling some type of way. I felt judged because of my skin. I know my skin isn't that great but she gave me looks and told me I wasn't doing good with taking care of my skin. It wasn't a good feeling. She also made me feel so much pressure about picking a package. I asked if I could call back and maybe look into it and talk it over with my husband and she gave me the dirtiest look and it just made me feel uncomfortable. This was to be my first time at this spa, so I arrived 15 minutes early for my 2:30 facial appointment, which was confirmed by email, only to be turned away; was told that they couldn't find me in their system (despite my repeated attempts to show the confirmation on my phone) and that "today's appointments are all fully booked." What kind of reputable establishment does this? Mind you, I drove from the opposite side of town for 30 minutes to make this appointment. As I was getting ready to leave and already in my vehicle, I receive a call from Theresa, who offered to book me for a future appointment (not sure if she was informed of the "fiasco" at the front desk) and when I shared my experience from five minutes ago, she apologized and tried to explain that they honored another appointment during my supposed time slot because the person was a "paying client" (not sure what this means, but I guess I don't count as such!) and offered an additional $20 off the treatment I initially booked ...of course, for a "future date" (she offered me the next day). I saw an "anti-aging" treatment advertised for 90 minutes - let me tell you it was a 25 minute facial I could literally do at home - not even steam, not hot towel wrap, etc but maybe 1 minute of RF. I was there for more than 1 hr of sitting & waiting to get "consult" which is where they try to get you to join membership and/or upsell for botox/fillers - before and after your facial. And don't ask me about their customer service - rude, short & seemed to be annoyed - do you like your job? First impression as I walked in the door - didn't get better... walked right out the door and nobody even acknowledged me - wow! First visit and the last... sorry! Tried to make an appointment as a first time client recently, the bad Yelp reviews made me nervous but I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. They confirmed my appointment several times over text, I confirmed with 2 different girls after they called me a few times to confirm, they emailed as well. I confirmed several times. I took time off of work and they ended up cancelling two hours before my appointment time. I should have listened to the yelp reviews. I was so excited to get several services here. I booked an appointment online, spoke to a representative (Alex) on We'd for a Sat appointment. confirmed my appointment, then I was told on Thursday my appointment time was "booked" by someone else. I was told by the manager, "It's not confirmed until the day before or the day of" by an employee. So, as a customer with an email and text confirmation, your appointment still can be canceled last minute-depending what's available. I should have known better! They advertised a 1.5-hour facial for a promotional price of $49. After countless texts (which honestly made me wonder if it was a scam), I finally decided to give them a chance. I arrived on time and then sat waiting for 30 minutes before the sales consultant even came to see me. Rosa, who performed my facial, was incredibly kind and professional, and I have nothing negative to say about her. Unfortunately, everything changed the moment it came time to sell me a package. The sales consultant became extremely pushy, and when I politely declined because I wasn't interested in committing to a package, she actually responded with, "So you don't want your skin to be taken care of by professionals?" That comment was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. No customer should be shamed or guilt-tripped for choosing not to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars. I had already explained that I needed to leave because I had a nanny waiting for me, yet they continued pressuring me to "decide right now" so they could "honor the price." High-pressure sales tactics like that are unacceptable. A promotion should never be used as bait to trap customers into making expensive decisions on the spot. I went in expecting a relaxing facial and left feeling manipulated, judged, and disappointed. I will absolutely not be returning, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering this promotion to be prepared for an aggressive sales pitch. I received lip filler at this med spa and had the standard follow-up appointment two weeks after the procedure. After my first appointment, I wasn't completely happy with the results because there was swelling and visible lumps. I was told by Shannon, the supervisor, that the swelling and lumps would go down with time, so I tried to give it time. After the first visit, I was also unsure if I wanted to continue with the same injector (Jocelyn), but I was told clients should usually stick with the original injector because they typically do not adjust another injector's work. During the two-week follow-up, I explained to Jocelyn what I didn't like about my lips. They looked uneven and lumpy, and I was genuinely scared when I noticed this. My concern was how they would look once they fully settled. She suggested I start massaging my lips to help improve the appearance and showed me how to do it. I followed those instructions for months, but the appearance did not improve. Around 8-9 months later, Shannon contacted me to follow up on the filler procedure and ask how I was feeling about my results while also mentioning any deals and promotions for additional filler. I originally missed her call but we eventually spoke, I explained my concerns and mentioned that I still felt like there was filler present and was worried it may have been placed improperly. Shannon said there should be little to no filler left by that point, and I offered to send photos so she could give a professional opinion. After that conversation, I emailed her multiple times over the following weeks and also reached out through the office asking for guidance about my results. Unfortunately, I never received a response, and there was no follow-up. What disappointed me most wasn't just the outcome but the lack of communication after raising concerns. When a client reaches out multiple times asking for guidance after a cosmetic procedure, they deserve a response. I still have the emails and messages documenting these interactions. So let me get this straight: you can take my money and send confirmations via email, but cancel my appointment without making any real effort to actually reach me? At first, I was hesitant because the membership was quite expensive, and I mentioned that I wanted time to think about it. However, the consultant was very persistent in encouraging me to sign up. Eventually, I decided to give it a try and subscribed to the membership. Before starting my initial sessions, I consistently used the skincare products included in the package. I understood that my skin might initially react since they were new products, so I continued using them for over a month. Unfortunately, my skin became extremely dry, so I informed them about it and was advised to stop using the products if irritation continued. As the months went by, I underwent several treatments. Around the third month, I started experiencing continuous breakouts, especially around my jawline and neck area. I brought this up during almost every visit, and I was often told that it could be "purging" or hormonal acne. While I understand that skin treatments take time and results may vary, this was the first time I experienced persistent breakouts for 5-6 straight months, which honestly became very frustrating and emotionally draining. At this point, I wanted to stop the program because I felt that my skin was getting worse instead of improving. However, I was told that I could only pause the treatments temporarily and was still expected to complete the program. It has been disappointing, especially since the breakouts also left noticeable scarring, and I'll be attending an important event soon. I understand that skincare results differ from person to person, and this is simply my personal experience. I just hope clinics allow clients more flexibility if treatments are no longer working well for them. I also felt uncomfortable with how some staff strongly encouraged clients to leave positive Google reviews before leaving the clinic. This is not to the injector or the staff. This is only for the process of scheduling. If you can't reach a customer by text to reschedule or cancel an appointment make sure you call them or at least send them an email. We're not friends you can't just text and say "I sent it but you couldn't receive it". This is a business. People take time off of work and drive really far so they can get their treatments done. That is very disrespectful, unprofessional & upsetting. I'm not looking for an apology. Just do better. I can also see just a month ago & (I'm sure plenty more) this has been happening to others. This was particularly disappointing, as I am also a paying client. Weeks later, a representative contacted me to offer an apology and solicit my continued business. I extended another opportunity, only to experience a further cancellation at 8:46 AM for a 9:30 AM appointment. The justification provided was identical to the previous instance, citing the scheduling of another customer. Such recurring incidents reflect an unethical and unprofessional operational standard, and I am profoundly disappointed by the apparent lack of integrity exhibited by this company.
