Most recent YELP reviews call out no response to the only communication vehicle, email. Many claim no response at all. I also called the mall where the physical store address is and the mall info desk said they've not been there for 10 years. I worked with my credit card company today to dispute the charge and will file a merchant complaint with Shopify.
