Fast forward to 10/23 or 10/24 and the back driver side tire started squealing. We took it into Hubler on 10/27 and was told by Travis (don't know last name) the back brakes/rotors needed replaced and would cost $600 to replace. We told him we're not paying that as we feel it should be their responsibility and he offered a 10% off coupon. He also said brakes/rotors were "passable" in July when they got the vehicle, unsure what passable standards are, but wouldn't confirm that the car was even inspected before we left and we didn't get inspection paperwork. We ended up going to Midas in Shelbyville and had them replaced for $430. Fast forward again when driving over 40-50 mph, the steering wheel & car would shake. Took it to Walmart to have the tires balanced only to find out one of the back tires had a flat spot and the mechanic said "it looked liked they had been drifted in." Apparently it was bad enough that we had to replace the tire, which after balancing/rotating and the new tire was $200. We called Hubler on 11/10 and was told by the salesman that the brakes/rotors had just been replaced and there had to have been confusion on the services departments part. There is absolutely no way we have gone through supposedly new brakes within the 3 days when the squealing started. He also seemed to accuse Midas of lying about needing them replaced. When my father-in-law called, he was told they never told us any of that and seemingly called us liars. Overall -- we are extremely disappointed over how unprofessional Hubler Auto has been and how they have not taken ANY accountability or responsibility for what has happened. Now we are out $600+ just a few weeks before we are due to have a baby. Definitely will not be returning for any kind of service or business.

I love that it doesn't have brushes that touch your car. Yet it still gets the car very clean. I love that it takes your debit card because who carries cash anymore?!?

I went to Wiley's Drive Thru Wash and Lube on August 30, 2025, around 11:40 a.m. for an oil change…read more I've visited Wiley's several times for oil changes, both for my own vehicle and with family members. Although I live in Richmond, I am in Connersville occasionally and prefer supporting a small business like Wiley's over a big chain. Until now, I've always been happy with the quality of work and the friendly staff. On Saturday, though, I had a very different experience. Almost immediately after pulling in, there was a loud, unexpected whooshing sound, like a tire rapidly deflating. I asked what was happening and was told that my tire valve stem had broken off. I've never had this happen before. At first, I was told it was cracked and corroded, but when briefly shown the part, I saw no crack or corrosion. I explained my tires were less than 8 months old and even pulled up the invoice. The story then shifted to the shop where I bought my tires supposedly not replacing the valve stems. I was asked if I had a spare, which I assumed was still in the back of my 2009 SUV, since I'd never used it. They got it out and put it on. While this was happening, I was asked for my credit card. I said I didn't think I should have to pay full price, especially since I had no idea what the repair would cost. I was told the owner's son was there and I would need to speak with him before leaving. My card was charged in full anyway. The employees said they put on my small spare and placed my other tire in the back. I mentioned living in Richmond and was told it would be fine to drive that far. When I expressed concern and asked about compensation, the owner's son only replied, "Well, we put on your spare tire." I reminded him that I had been told different stories about the valve stem and pointed out that I'd had oil changes there several times -- why hadn't they mentioned a corroded or cracked stem before? His answer was simply, "These things just happen," followed again by, "We put on your spare." That left me feeling dismissed. On the drive home, my tire light showed "0" pressure on the spare, and I had to pull over to make sure it wasn't flat. Thankfully it held, though it was a rough ride. I called the tire shop in Richmond where I purchased my tires, explained what happened, and they fit me in before the holiday weekend. They confirmed that when Wiley's employee broke the valve stem, they also broke the tire pressure sensor -- not a cheap fix. Thankfully, the Richmond shop took care of me. I could tell the young man who actually broke the valve stem felt bad. While others worked on the tire, he apologized, and I appreciated that. Unfortunately, none of the other employees or the owner's son offered an apology or took responsibility. Instead, their attitude suggested I should be grateful they put on the spare -- something they had to do since my car would otherwise have been stuck there. No discount, no goodwill gesture, not even a sincere apology. Even $10 off or a free oil change next time to give them another chance would have gone a long way. Afterward, I tried calling Wiley's to let them know I also had to pay for a new sensor. I hoped to speak with the owner or at least leave a message. I called repeatedly throughout the afternoon, but no one answered, and the voicemail was full. I wanted to give them one more chance before leaving a review like this, but I couldn't reach anyone. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience after many positive visits. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and unwillingness to make it right will keep me from returning. I hope management takes this feedback seriously so other customers don't go through the same thing.
