I made a note of that and eventually stopped in to see if they could do a check for me. I was met promptly at the service desk on a busy day, and while they couldn't me in same day (which was a Thursday) I was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday morning. When I arrived, Joel met me at the service desk to get things started. Very smooth check-in process. Joel let me know it would be about an hour to do the check and said they'd text me when it was complete. I told him I'd head over to the Taco Bell next door and be back after that. Joel pointed out that some sort of construction had started that morning at Taco Bell and that it didn't look open (turns out it wasn't). That didn't stop me from breaking fast. Joel set me up with a loaner vehicle so I could go grab a bit to eat. Sure enough, about an hour later (as I'm finishing my breakfast) Joel called, let me know that the freon was low and that they topped it off, and that the car was ready. When I arrived, we completed payment in no time, and I was out the door with cold AC at a very reasonable price. I'm glad I got the work done at Nelson - friendly, knowledgeable folks who work quickly and charge reasonably. I would not hesitate to go back for additional service needs.

It's understandable to deal with issues and frustrations but this guy really is an asshole. He's very condescending and as I was speaking of my issues over the phone the only thing I got back is "Jesus Christ he's still going" "you just don't stop talking do you". Not a bad business just really frustrating from my point of view when I'm just trying to get help and this guy is doing the opposite. I hope he sees this to not get angry or upset but to understand that his attitude will continue to discourage people like me to using his skills.
