In October, I was on the final leg of a 8,xxx mile 6-week m-cycle tour of every county in NC and desperately needed a front tire change for my 2012 Honda GoldWing before starting on the final leg and anxious to get home. As I have on other occasions over many years, I made it to La Crosse confident 2 Brothers would get me home. We called and the tire was in stock! Yay! I stopped in 2 Brothers on a rainy Thursday morning. They had my tire in stock and juggled the service schedule to accommodate my need. I was in and out the door in a couple hours and they didn't gouge me for their consideration. I've forgotten the names of the service rep and sales manager I dealt with but they were all about customer service not only with everyone I watched them work with. The owner, Ben George even chatted with me! I know from years of experience, and even on this trip, getting good service to ensure trip continuation is a crap shoot. It's Honda dealers like 2 Brothers that provide the support and confidence needed to make cycle touring a possible and pleasurable experience. Kudos guys! read more

I've made multiple purchases from 2Brothers because they are very helpful and professional throughout the organization, from sales to finance to service. We had a great experience with sales and financing! We were greeted as we came in and they were wonderful dealing with.

Bought a sled over the phone which went smooth as silk. Drove 3.5 hrs to pick it up and was out of there in no time with a sled that was better looks king in person than online. They took the time to load it into the bed of my truck with a forklift, helped me to secure it and sent us home with a couple t-shirts. Nice friendly people and their prices aren't crazy like you see at a lot of places. I'll keep them in mind for all my Motorsports needs. read more

I placed an order for a Sea Doo GTX-300 back in March and was told it would arrive "sometime" in June, so I made plans to have it on the water for July 4 festivities. It arrived on June 30, and they did everything possible to get it ready for me. Unfortunately, that didn't happen (I took possession on the 6th), but it was not for lack of effort by Bryce, Ben, and others. They did everything they could possibly do to get it ready for me. I missed a couple of critical phone calls from them regarding placement of some of the add-on's, and if I have anyone to blame, it would be myself. After about 2 weeks of pulling wakeboarders, the ski pylon had a structural failure and 2Brothers replaced it promptly at no additional cost to me. I would highly recommend doing business here - great service, great people, and they stand behind their products. read more

2Brothers is quick to make a sale on new equipment. And they take care of you well until the sale is done. But once you need parts or maintenance advice, you're pretty much left on your own. I needed a replacement screw on a brand new Honda 4-wheeler (which should NOT have come off after a month worth of driving, but that's HONDA and not 2Brothers) and was sold at first the WRONG screw, then the right screw, but without the piece that's required in the back. Time spent on phone calls and trips: 5 hours. Frustration level on a scale of zero to ten: 7. When I bought the oil filter the first time, I had looked up part number at home and was given the right oil filter. The second oil change, my husband went to get the filter and oil and came home with the WRONG filter. Time spent on phone calls and trips: 5 hours. Frustration level on a scale of zero to ten: 10. How hard is it for those people to get part numbers right? I live an hour away and it's frustrating beyond belief to find out that I have the wrong part AFTER I take the machine apart to change the filter. Those guys are worthless. All they had to do was to look up order history and copy the filter number over. Apparently, that is asking too much of a brain presence and or brain capacity. Ugh. I would NOT recommend buying anything from that business again. Customer service AFTER purchase is a BIG point for referral or repeat business. read more

I just purchased a new 2017 Yamaha FZ-10 2 days ago and i can say these are some of the best people to work with that i have ever met! I have been to plenty of dealers who care more about the sale than what the customer needs/wants, but not here. They loaded and strapped my new ride down in the rain. The rating says it all, these guys are awesome. I was 4k miles into a planned 9k road trip across America on my 2010 GL1800 and suffered a major brake issue that brought the trip to a complete, screeching halt. Bad timing too as it happened on a Sunday and no service was available until Tuesday (at the earliest). I found 2Bros on my phone in a pouring rain and made a call to get in as soon as possible on Tuesday. Ben George returned my call that afternoon and his crew got me in first thing Tuesday morning, figured out what was wrong, negotiated with Honda NA and because they had to overnight parts, got me back on the road in two days. Can't say enough good things about how they managed my service requirements. Any rider in need of service in that area would be making a mistake to pass up these guys. read more

I think my case warrants a review and should offer useful insight because of the neutrality of my situation. First off, I live on the east coast and I bought a used bike from a private seller in Wisconsin. I ran into a hiccup in trying to get this machine transported back east. It turned out we needed to get it to a safe and secure location where the transport company could have easy access and availability several days a week (we had no idea what day they would try and pick up). On a whim I called 2BrothersPowerSports and asked to speak to the manager. I explained my situation and inquired whether they might be willing to go and retrieve the bike and store it for however long it took to have it picked up. Of course, I was more than willing to pay for fetching it and whatever they felt fair otherwise (which turned out to be very reasonable). I'd honestly expected hesitation or maybe even denial, especially considering the private bike purchase had nothing to do with them, and clearly they stood to not make any real profit on the venture. Contrarily, and to my delight, the Manager (Ben George) agreed without hesitation and cheerfully transferred me to their Service Manager (Ben Greeno) who would take my info and set things up. During this time, since it was clear they were being especially helpful in this circumstance so I requested to have the bike checked over and serviced as needed while it was there at their dealership. It really didn't need a service as there were so few miles on the bike and I have a dealership near me - but I really wanted to give them a tad more profit - if nothing more than for at least being so helpful. Within a couple days i was called and informed that the bike had been retrieved, serviced, and was really for trucking. Circumstances had it that It was a couple weeks before it finally got picked up. Once here in Vermont, the transport driver informed me that folks at 2BrothersPowerSports even assisted him in getting the bike on the truck and checked over! Technically, all they needed to do was tell him "that's it, over there...", but they didn't. Again, it was more than they really needed to do - but most appreciated! In summary: I can't say enough positive about the experience. Being from Vermont, 2Brothers knew I was very unlikely to visit their dealership, let alone go there for future sales or service. So they honestly had no real motivation to assist - yet they clearly cared and provided professional service nonetheless! read more

Worst service! Always late with orders and never gets things done on the time frame they provide!

I have to say after today, I'm probably not going to do business here, unless I have to for warranty work. I bought my bike there 3 months ago. The buying process was simple and easy with Eric. He helped guide me in purchasing my first bike. He even gave me a crash course in riding before I took the bike home. Never ridden a motorcycle before. Really no gripes there. Fearing I now have a shifting problem, I made an appointment to have it looked at. I parked the bike in back and put the keys in the drop box on the way to work. I called 2 brothers, after they opened, to let them know I would like a general inspection of the bike done as well (cables, belt tension, ect), for my 11am appointment. Called at 1pm, asking when I could pick up the bike. The bike was never looked at, nor was it on anyone's radar to be looked at. I picked up the bike as I left it. I appreciate the apology that was given by the service dept, but I'll be letting another shop look over the bike, unless I'm in dire need of warranty work. In addition, I'm not impressed with the time it takes for them to order OEM parts. read more

I have never written an internet review of a business. I feel that people are human and make honest mistakes and it takes a lot to get me to this point, but I can not believe the service department at 2 Brothers. I will try to be as objective as possible here. The staff is very friendly, and professional on the floor, but I have my bike there going on 24 days now waiting for it to be put back together since I brought in the last part after customized painting. I was told that custom painted bikes take special care by their team, so they want to get it all done in one day. Although I respect this sentiment, it was a blatant lie, because the last time I came in to check on the bike's progress, my bike had been on the bench to be worked on and then taken off so they could get a bike under warranty up to get fixed before mine. So obviously the previous statement of "getting custom bikes fixed all in one shot so we don't scratch the paint or damage any parts" is not true at all. The staff there have asked me two years in a row now to contact them a week prior to when my bike's parts would be ready after painting so they can clear out a spot on their schedule to get the new parts on. I have upheld my end of the bargain communicating with them prior when the parts will be done and now two years in a row the service department took an insane amount of time to finish my motorcycle. The first year they had a tech who cleared my parts and said they fit fine on my bike, and then after painting they magically didn't fit anymore. 2 Brothers stated that the tech that had cleared that part had been fired since the fitting... go figure. It seems like they go through techs like a revolving door. I honestly hope they fix their service department up, because it could be a great place for business, but I will not be going back to them, the hairs I've lost through the experience is definitely not worth it. They have not been honest with my bike's turnaround time at all. read more
