The gentleman at the desk, who I presume was the owner, said it would be about an hour before he could help. I asked if we could just fill the tire to see how fast it was leaking. He said yes, and while he filled it, he looked at the tire and spotted something. "I think I found the problem," he said. Went back into the shop, grabbed his tools and within 10 minutes of arriving we were back on the road with a fixed tire. This is service money can't buy! Thank Mr. Clement!

On one occasion, my wife's vehicle was making noise when the brakes were applied. We called Cletus, who said the soonest appointment was 3 days away. 10 minutes later he called back and said he was concerned for her safety, and asked if she could bring it by for a quick inspection. I have been completely satisfied with the repairs Cletus has made to our vehicles. In my opinion, he could charge double what he charges now, and I'd still bring our cars to him. Why? Because I trust that he's not trying to rip me off. If he says something needs to be done, it really needs to be done. If it doesn't he'll say so. The only downside is that his reputation for honesty and good work has spread, and now it takes a long time to get your car in!

Less that two months after buying, the serpentine belt broke and couldn't drive the car. I called and left a message with them about my concerns and I never received at call back, plus the belt was not covered, so I just spent over $500 for repair. I'm disappointed with the lack of courtesy to return my calls. I will scrape their sticker off the back of the car today. I'm not advertising for a business that ignores me.
