After needing to jump start the vehicle today, we called Lakes Autosport. They were able to test the battery and alternator almost immediately. From the time we called Lakes Autosport to the time we drove away with a new battery installed was only 45 minutes! This business had friendly staff, clean facilities, and efficient service. The inspection found a bad wheel bearing and sure enough, we had the techs come out and ver it and you could really feel it. The service writers checked my power train warranty and CPO warranty and said it should be covered... and the next day they fit me in the schedule. During the repair, the service writers checked the warranty further and found it would not be covered... but without me even bringing it up... they stood by their word and took care of it anyway.
