The folks that work there say they will check on things and call me back, but I have never received a call back. I have to call them on a daily and weekly basis and I am met with a lack of customer service. We had to pay a deposit upfront, which is the only reason that I am trying to get my furniture from them. Now they say that they have the armless loveseat in the shop (and have had it for a month), but they have not given it over to the delivery company. I am beginning to think that they actually do not have the piece of furniture in house. The excuse for the delay was that they could not get ahold of anyone at the manufacturer (England Furniture). I actually called England Furniture and when I spoke to their customer service on the phone they actually could not find any account with Cedar Rock Home Furnishings, so that was a dead end. My experience has been very trying and frustrating. I know the prices are really good, but the customer service and experience were NOT worth the savings.
