However, I got charges…read morefor 108.00 carton of cigs and when I noticed the price I told the cashier I did not want them. At this time my debit card which was used as a credit cards already charged me the 108 so I decided to wait for it to go through the bank and then dispute it I told them I would dispute it so they knew. I have had 3 separate chats about this issue with whom I believe was a supervisor or manager and each time I have yet to get a call back or my money returned for cigs I never got. This dispute can go on for 90 days with the bank so for those of us that live paycheck to paycheck this gas burdened me more then they may think! Bad customer service in my opinion! Action should have been taken the very next day if not sooner.

Excellent tobacco store and service along with good prices BUT, this is the second review I've…read morewritten in 2 years on this establishment simply because the woman that works there has a problem with arriving at work on time, it's almost every time we go there which is sometimes twice a week she's late getting there, store hours 9:30am 6:30pm mon-Friday, this morning at least 8 people were patiently waiting for her to arrive, she arrived at 9:32am and took 5 minutes get the store opened up, a customer walked away after grabbing the door and still not open. Once again, excellent store but not right leaving people waiting on her to open up.

I had a vape emergency and my mod fell on the floor and was completely destroyed - if you are an ex smoker that uses vaping for smoking cessation you know exactly what I'm talking about! The panic, anyway I gave them a call and they made sure not only to hook me up with a great solution but a great price and furthermore, honestly really went above and beyond. The salesperson was so cool about it, really cared and it cost me less than I thought it would. They do know what they're talking about here. Anything I need for vaping, juice, coils, batteries, tanks, mods (please stock more mods!) I will get it here from now on as long as I live in Cincinnati. They don't seem very busy so every time I go I get great one on one service and I can get in and out fast. Even tho they don't seem busy the juice is always fresh, never had a bottle that tasted like it's been sitting forever and I appreciate that. My only gripe at this point is I wish they stocked more mods & tanks because I would buy them there if they did. The owner pops up like a genie out of nowhere when you first walk in and it never fails to make me giggle.
