I love the Pakmail ladies. They are incredibly sweet and I've seen them put up with so much. If there's a sign on the door that blatantly says "no dogs" and you're so entitled to think that sign doesn't apply to you... then you deserve to be reprimanded. I'm glad you were embarrassed- you should be! Just because some places on the island allow dogs does not mean every place allows dogs. I use Pakmail all the time and I have watched the Pakmail ladies get berated because of something FedEx did or something UPS did (which is out of their control, by the way)... and they could not be any more accommodating and gracious.
