We talked about the price of the house and what we thought was fair- considering both the house and the current market. She was also understanding to when we could do showings, I work from home and have 3 dogs, so it couldn't be shown during the day and she was considerate to that. After moving in the home, the home wasn't cooling they had to replace the evaporator coil, builder sent air innovations out to replace, the didn't inform me that they replaced the coil and they didn't update serial on warranty now i have an issue and the warranty says the serial doesn't match. I have cracks in ceiling structure, drain issue water sits and doesn't drain properly. It's been one issue after another. Very disappointed in the work because no one cared how the contractors they hired did the work, poor workmanship. Waiting for them to contact me.
