I called approx Aug 25 to schedule an appt to shrink wrap my patio furniture, with a request that it be done by 16 Sep for personal reasons. I recd a call back with an appt of Sep 11, great! Then I recd a call to reschedule to Sep 15. Ok. Then I was told they could accommodate Sep 13. Great, thanks! I received a call today that they don't service Jamesburg anymore. Which is fine, but I would have appreciated knowing that when I first called so I could call another company. Now I have to scramble to find someone who can do the job in the next 3 days. I cant fault the work quality but business practices leave a lot to be desired. I would say I will never use them again but it doesn't matter since they don't service my town. read more

The development we live in contracted with A+ Power Washing to clean the siding on all the condos. If we wanted, for an additional and reasonable fee they would also clean the fence and the patio. We opted to clean both the fence which had mildew on the bottom and the cement patio that was stained and probably never cleaned since it was built. This is the first time in all of the years I have used A+ where I will not be giving the highest rating. The guys who did the work were great and the house and roof look fantastic. They did an excellent job, however my experience with the office manager was horrendous. After he contacted me on Sunday to confirm, I asked for an estimate of the time and he responded at 6:27 the next morning that he didn't have a schedule yet. At 7:24 AM he sent a text telling me that it would be between 12-3. I explained that due to special circumstances I would prefer if it could be rescheduled to a different time. He gave me an incredibly hard time, talking over me and trying not to let me speak. Finally I told him if it couldn't be rescheduled we should just cancel it. He eventually called me back and said it would be around ten and sarcastically sked if that would be okay. I said yes and he proceeded to tell me in no uncertain terms what he had to do to change the schedule. Even if I had not been a long time customer, it still would not have been the proper way to treat someone. I am not saying I will not use A+ in the future; just that I will consider other options. Sorry if it reflects on the work on the guys that actually did the job but to me the entire experience is what gets the rating not just a piece of it. read more

We had our entire two story house, white PVC fence, large deck, and front porch all powerwashed by A+ Powerwashing and they did a spectacular job! We had a lot of mold on our white aluminum siding and fence and now they all sparkle. Our deck, which was riddled with pollen, is now ready for painting. Not only were they punctual they were courteous, professional and never stopped from the moment they arrived. When they finished (before they packed up the truck), they knocked on my door and had me inspect the job to make sure I was satisfied. I answered an ad on Craigslist for employment with this company. I have been looking for part-time work and even though this was a full-time position the owner agreed to bring me on part-time. I worked 8.5 hours of hard labor without any breaks, including no lunch break. At the end of the day I was dropped off at my car and was called the next day. During the call we had some disagreements with the days, hours, and pay. We finally agreed to working 3 days next week. I get a call the next day and the owner tells me that he doesn't need me anymore because he has found someone that wants to work full-time. Also, that I worked on my own dime and that I wasn't getting paid for the 8.5 hours of hard labor that I had worked that day. The owner still has not paid me for my labor and it has been reported.
