I called A+ powerwashing to clean my roof bcs it had some moss buildup from a tree that used to drop needles on it that was removed. Brian, the company owner came to give me an estimate but more importantly explained the difference between powerwashing the roof and pressure free cleaning process that will give me the result I needed. My pool and yard area cement had gotten quite stained over the winter, but I was sick of having to powerwash every year. Brian explained that the process they use will not require yearly maintenance, that it should last quite a few years. The team showed up on time, they were very careful as they moved all of the furniture and potted plants, which then they put back when completed. They checked in with me a few times to make sure I was happy with how things were going and if I felt anything was being missed. Brian even had them replace a few pieces of siding and soffit that had come loose over the winter. The roof shingles look brand new, my vinyl siding looks like it was just installed, my walk way pavers, and patio pavers look brand new. The technicians were very polite and professional, they explained everything before they started and after they were finished he walked around my house showing me the completed work. They came same day and we discussed what we needed and they described what services they provide. We received the Proposal/Estimate later that day as well and were very impressed with the ease of which everything was handled. You can select all or some of the services recommended, no pressure from them and was a pleasure to deal with them. My wife actually made the decision in making for us in utilizing A+ Powerwashing and Roof Cleaning Co. At first, I told her that I would do it as I normally would - however, it seems that I have always put this particular duty or chore on the back burner. In any event, should took the necessary control and made the appointment in using A+ and boy, it was the best decision for us as the end results were no less than amazing. So, we had another issue of our A/C unit pan water return corrosion yellowing our siding and roof area. Brian Hegarty suggested that we power wash both roof and siding as well to use PVC piping directly into the drain. In short, we will recommend using A+ Powerwashing and Roof cleaning without a doubt. I have used this service in the past and loved their work!! I called approx Aug 25 to schedule an appt to shrink wrap my patio furniture, with a request that it be done by 16 Sep for personal reasons. I recd a call back with an appt of Sep 11, great! Then I recd a call to reschedule to Sep 15. Ok. Then I was told they could accommodate Sep 13. Great, thanks! I received a call today that they don't service Jamesburg anymore. Which is fine, but I would have appreciated knowing that when I first called so I could call another company. Now I have to scramble to find someone who can do the job in the next 3 days. I cant fault the work quality but business practices leave a lot to be desired. I would say I will never use them again but it doesn't matter since they don't service my town. read more

The 2 young men from A+ were prompt on arrival and explained the process in detail to me. They were very cordial, friendly and efficient. They covered all the electrical outlets to avoid water issues and worked diligently to complete the job as described. The soft house wash looks great.....spotless. There were two areas....a shingle roof over a storage shed and a long cement/brick walkway in front of our home....that had a buildup of moss and dirt. They have never looked better after the guys took care of them. I would HIGHLY recommend A+ and I will certainly use them again in the future. Except for a few algae spots, I thought the back of my house was fairly clean, that is, until the job was done! The whole house looks great. I was particularly impressed at how clean my gutters came out. I did not comparison shop, so I don't know if I could have had it done cheaper, but I was satisfied with the price. The two young men doing the job were clean cut and professional, and their equipment seemed state of the art. Brian did a beautiful job on our house!! he got rid of the green mold, all the dirt and grime and even did the steps and our small deck as well!! We have a stucco front and was concerned about the power washing but Brian uses a low pressure, hot water system that cleans like you wouldn't believe and doesn't damage the stucco.
