In just a few lessons, Michael was able to adjust my mistakes in parallel parking and K-turns, so I was able to confidently pass my driving exam! The cost for his lessons and car for the exam is extremely reasonable (beating the prices of most other schools around.) I definitely recommend the Real Auto Driving School.

I say this cause I personally don't think very new drivers should take lessons here. I've taken 10 lessons with Michael and each time was cool because I already know the basics of driving. Although, I did fail the road test; that was not due to Michael not teaching me what I had to know. The lady was rude, overwhelming, & honestly wrote down a bunch of things I did NOT do wrong in my receipt paper, but told me she couldn't pass me cause I made a U turn instead of going left onto the next street. So, beware. Anyways, Michael is a great guy. He likes to go slow, talk on the phone, stop at places. Never has that taken any time away from my learning. He's always delivered my time back to me. If you're not experienced at all, maybe another place would be more on hands. Other than that, he's a great conversationalist. He makes sure your comfortable & the car is basic. Nothing too crazy. The 5 hour class here was a bit tedious. The old VHS player wasn't working so we did everything on the board. Wasn't too bad.

I had a wonderful experience at this school and I learned a lot as well. The instructors (Richard…read moreand Lucie) are amazing and are very knowledgeable in their fields. They can answer any questions that you may have pertaining to real estate or general financing. Alex and Cassandra are both awesome as well. They make sure that you have your hours and they provide additional study material in order for you to pass the exam. I highly recommend Brooklyn School of Real Estate! The classes are general small (15-25 students maximum), the atmosphere is comfortable yet professional, and the instructors are considerate and cooperative. You will like it!

This school is garbage! Let me give you the insight... I…read morepurchased this through amazon local deals for $199. A 75 hour salesperson course. The instructor of the course was a woman named Lily Lee. Chinese. She is horrible, she sits there and reads directly out of the book. Which by the way has tons of grammatical errors. When you ask her a question to clarify anything you dont understand, she ignores you... or re-reads exactly what is in the book. Lily also has her own agenda. she answers her cell phone in class when she feels, she takes breaks all through the day, and rushes the material when she is ready to take her break. The course was advertised to be from 9am to 5pm, yet we are dismissed at 4pm after a series of 15 minute breaks all day and 1+hours lunch break. The class was also advertised on "Living Social Deals". I assume they are desperate to make some money since one of the locations shut down and students are leaving. They design a test for their class purpose only, which you must pass for your 75 hours to be signed off. The state exam you still have to pay separate for. The owner of the program is also just..disrespectful. He claims he has low staff and cannot replace Lily. He told students that the class was purchased on a discount rate... insinuating that we should accept this discount content of the education we received. What an insult! The secretary, Cassandra, does not intervene, she just acts as a middle man and says very little. Stay away from this School...run far far away. Most CUNY colleges are offering this course , ex Baruch for $475 and other creditable institutions. DO NOT GO HERE!!

The class size was small (just 3 students) and Steve made sure to tailor the class to our various experience levels and everyone had a great time and learned a ton. It's like a whole other world that most people don't know about, being able to get a boat and just sail around to different "hidden" islands with almost no other people on them (at least at the time of year when we went). It's like a membership to a secret club. Learning the skills and tips and tricks on how to do it right (food planning, navigating, sailing, anchoring, mooring, docking, taking the dingy to port, etc.) was great, allowing my wife and I to start feeling more confident in doing it all on our own in the future. Seems like an amazing thing to be able to do more of throughout our lives. Before the BVI trip my wife and I had already completed the ASA 101 course with Steve and we both had learned a lot, which we further developed and gained experience with during the BVI trip. I've already started doing research on more advanced cruising locations that we could potentially try in the future after we do the BVIs once or twice more. Highly, highly recommended.
